Very Professional and a very clean location. I was traveling through Hamilton, I needed to know what this engine noise was. Ron was very professional and alerted me that it was just a piece of garbage in the engine compartment. He could have easily lied to me but he didn't! Since his Prices are very fair and competitive I went ahead and got a oil change and tune up.. THANK YOU Creative Automotive! You helped make my business trip a success!

Ron is one of the best Professional Automotive Mechanic you will ever meet. This is why I don’t mind travelling from all the way from Toronto to Hamilton because I know I have a peace of mind with his diagnotics and the first class service he provides. RNR Patient Transfer Services uses Creative Automotive for it's Burlington Fleet of vehicles. We have never had an issue or problem that Creative has not been able to solve and their price has always been reasonable.It is difficult to find a fair deal these days. Ron has always been honest and fair and of course very timely. All of which is very important to us as we cannot have our fleet off the road for extended periods of time.If you are looking for an honest mechanic who knows what he is doing for a fair price and completes the work in a reasonable amount of time. Creative is the place to go, plain and simple.

Brought my car in with some pretty severe issues (leaking fuel line). He said I could leave it with him and he would have it all fixed for me by the next afternoon. And he was a man of his word. The next afternoon, all of the problems were fixed and the car was ready to go.I would HIGHLY recommend Creative Automotive to anyone in search of an honest, highly-skilled mechanic.
