Buyer beware…I have never seen such good con artists in all my life.I was told I HAD to substitute items in my online cart because “you aren’t allowed to buy 6 at a time, we need to save them for other customers!”I asked if I was allowed to buy 6 at a time if I was shopping in store. And the answer was YES.I also explained I have 4 teenagers at home. They don’t care. Apparently, they have unlisted rules and limits to what you are allowed to buy when ordering online. Rules they DO NOT tell you or list anywhere.Also…..check your prices. MANY TIMES the price tags will not match what the till rings up. And YES, I am aware that superstore does their “limit 2” at this price. And “only multiples of 2” for this price. I have been shopping there for 20+ years.NOT ANYMORE!All of this because I had to switch 2 pairs of hot dogs for different hot dogs. In case someone else wants to buy them (when they have ample stock, I asked). Jeez.

Purchase a $20 package of chicken thighs 04 22 23. The only package that the skin had no red flea bites and was white, not sickly yellow. Date on pack was 04 29 23. It smelled bad/tainted when opened short time later. Should have known it would be tainted by the horrible condition presentation of other meat. Most chicken had yellow skin and hamburger was grey. Steak looked good and was twice the price of Safeway. Stopped here on the way into town and regret not going to Safeway.

Whatever you do, don’t order grocery pick up from this store! The wait times are unbelievable! It’s actually faster to get the groceries yourself. Pick up wait times used to be okay but for the past SEVERAL weeks I’ve waited over 30 minutes just for pickup which it’s totally nuts with normally only one poor person running all the loads!! This morning my husband went to pick up groceries and waited in the car for 30 minutes before they told him they had forgotten our order and it wasn’t even packed yet!! So frustrated! I definitely wouldn’t recommend PC express stuff at this specific location.

Horrible customer service, the people work in the self check out section are extremely bad with customer service skills, rude attitude and bad service, it's happened not once but multiple times, they seem never leant what means respect, kind, nice, etc. If you want to have your day ruined, definitely come to this store, especially the self check out section. Have shopped here for years, but it's getting worse and worse, today's experience is the worst for years, will never come back for sure. The worst superstore in city.

Neat store.Prices are fair and similar to other retail stores.Staff are friendly especially the ladies at the self checkout. They always try to raise customer experience.Close to other businesses and highly accessible.Parking is available.

Noticed recently they've been stocking items that are past the best before date.Management needs to do better.Very disappointing and says a lot about how much they care about quality at this branch.

We did self check out this evening (Sunday Apr 30), and were helped, greeted, and wished a good evening by Jose! He was the friendliest person I have encountered in many businesses in a long time. It’s refreshing to see someone not miserable at their job. Put a smile on our faces ! You’ve got a great employee in Jose !

I still wish every superstore layout was the same, or at least similar, but it's still a great store with good prices for the most part. I had to wait in a customer service line. It went really quickly and the customer service agent was great.

I always shop here for groceries! It is really great for students on a budget and they have lots of selection. They have an extensive cultural foods aisle that I love shopping in. They also have great clothing and kitchen sections! My only problem is with the point system. I understand that you only get points if you have the mastercard, which is reasonable but still disappointing.

My review is based on my most recent experience at the PC Optimum Help Desk and does not necessarily reflect other workers or environments. Nonetheless, it remains at 2 stars, and I won't return because of it.Recently, my partner and I have been experiencing some difficulties with our PC account, which is preventing us from collecting our PC points. This issue has occurred three times now where we purchase point sale items in an effort to build up our points and save some money. Each time we have used our cards, we are told by the cashier that our account does not exist. However, even with providing an account number, accurate phone number or name, and even showing our collection of points, they told us we don't exist. This is nonsense. The cashier is clearly there to scan food items and process payments, so she urged us to seek assistance at the financial help desk for PC.After speaking to the gentlemen near the exit who works at the PC Financial, I expressed our concerns, and he looked at my wife's phone for 1 minute. I was expressing our issues and which things we have done so far to try and fix the issue on our own. This is when the gentlemen rudely interuppted us and tried to upsell us to a PC Credit Card, which also collects points. I told the gentlemen that we were not interested in a credit card and we were told to come speak to him for trouble shooting assistance. He again urged us to get a credit card and gestured to his menu of credit cards he sells. I again expressed that we need assistance and that we already have 3 credit cards and do not want another. Again, he pushed hard on the fact that I can collect more points if I use their credit card in other areas and not just superstore.At this point, both of us were very irritated by the fact this man was not trouble shooting or assisting us in any fashion, instead he was focused on upselling the PC Credit Card and did not bother to help us in the slightest with our issue. We have over 113,000 points and we are still collecting, this is money we have spent on groceries over many months and we feel disrespected and quite honestly, that the customer service at this location is NOT GOOD. We left this location feeling embarrassed for asking for help, irritated that our concerns were not even listened to and disrespected as a customer.People are struggling in this world financially, and to upsell someone who needs assistance is a scam and is clearly wrong. No means no, and if I said no three times to your previous sale tactics, you need to stop trying to sell me something I do not want.I will never return to this location.As a side note, we live on the west end and do most of our shopping at the winterburn Costco. On this day, we hagled each other on which superstore to go too and we said, Let's try windermere". This was my first experience at this location and my wife's second experience. Sadly
