We ordered High Tea boxes and they were beautiful and delicious however they were missing the mini scones:(. Booooo that’s the part we were most excited about. I’d recommend you check your order before you leave to ensure it’s all there. The little salmon cone things made us forget about the missing scones lol We will order again for sure:)

Remember the time we went to Agra and got pictures of everything but the Taj Mahal? That's what this review feels like because I forgot to take a pic of the MAIN ATTRACTION! The largest, most succulent, vibrant lobsters I have had in decades. But, please don't punish Great Events Catering because of my mistake. I assure you the entire meal we ordered had us surreptitiously licking our plates.It's become an end-of-the-year tradition to order lobster dinner. If Great Events keeps the same seafood supplier, this will be our go-to choice! The dinner came prepared, to heat: oven vegetables, white asparagus preserves, beet trio with goat cheese salad, artisan baguette, whole Atlantic lobsters, buttered rum eggnog cheesecake.The price was very reasonable (including the cost of home delivery) and the presentation was beautiful. Most importantly the ingredients were fresh and the flavours delightful. We had been looking very forward to this meal for weeks and even still, it surpassed our expectations.

Food was cold , buns were frozen, guests were refused seconds and then they threw out a ton of meat afterwards which we owned. And get this, THEY DID NOT even serve the correct meal we had ordered. We went for a great tasting test weeks before and then they brought an entirely wrong meal to the wedding!!!! They also brought the meal for 150 people on the wrong dates TWICE!!!! When the wedding wasn’t even taking place. Wine glasses were not full for toasts . Bar ran out of glasses even though we had ordered enough.$ 18,000.00 for each guest to eat a plate full of cold gross slop. They told us we would need six extra servers which we hired and dirty plates were STILL not taken away in a timely fashion , water glasses were always empty . They burnt our table cloth under their heating trays. Not cool will be reporting to the better business bureau. DO NOT GO NEAR this company for your wedding. Found out this is a family run business . Who appear NOT to care. They offered us a 200$ gift certificate to some stupid restaurant in compensation. Stay away from this company

Ordered a 2 person charcuterie from 2 different venues. When I asked GEC for double, they doubled the bread, dips, olives & meats but not the meat & cheese. Paid almost $100 for the most disappointing charcuterieWould have been better off at Lina’s or Soffritto was $38 for the same size box & my boss said was the best gift ever! Not returning here, especially when I emailed immediately & haven’t heard anything back

I used this amazing catering company for my wedding reception at Spruce Meadows. They did an outstanding job. They set up all of the tables, place setting, and made the most elegant dishes. The food was delicious, and they were so accommodating to all the allergies and intolerances present. I specifically worked with Michelle, who worked SO hard, and was SO flexible, to ensure the evening was perfect. She was extremely quick to follow up on emails, and always answered in great detail. The servers, cooks, and everyone else behind the scenes did an amazing job to make our wedding reception wonderful! My husband and I are eternally grateful.

Went to an open house tasting and the quality was way higher than expected. Food was good and had a lovely presentation. However they did a poor job labelling allergies. For celiacs, they do have gluten free food but be cautious of cross contamination and poor labelling, I did get glutened. Service was decent, some good and some passable. The food overall was really enjoyable and modern which lead to the carter being booked from this tasting. The wine they served however was not good so see if they have other options.

Recently used Great Events Catering for a staff event for approx 50 staff! Rohit and his team were all amazing. The food was prepared well and were delicious, serving size was excellent and the presentation and organization by Rohit and his team were excellent.Would recommend to anyone for any event!!

Ordered 2 charcuterie boards for Mother’s Day. Tasted great but looked like they were thrown together without a single care being given. With the amount of companies offering these products and services, I likely won’t be ordering again. A significant part of the charcuterie experience is the presentation, and I found myself quite disappointed at what arrived.

Great Events catered our staff Christmas party in December. Everything was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious, and the staff members were friendly, professional and ensured we had a good time! Thank you, Great Events Catering! :)

We hired Great Events Catering for our staff Christmas party and the service, and food was amazing! We had a buffet style service for 45 people and the food was hot and delicious. Ashish was our host and his team of servers and bartenders were professional and fabulous. We will absolutely use Great Events Catering again in the future.
