Each time I’ve been in the store, the employees have been lovely. I’m not sure where all the reviews about “bad customer service” are coming from!Had a great experience when I made a purchase yesterday! Staff were friendly and super helpful. Easy to make conversation with and very chill. Some Lulu locations I’ve been in I’ve found quite intimidating, our location has never given me that feeling!

Absolutely love the clothes but their online ordering has been nothing but a nightmare for awhile now. This day and age it shouldn’t take so long from ordering to having it shipped. 5 days isn’t enough time to process an order??

I purchased my first ever pair a couple of weeks ago. I was advised that a certain style would suit my pregnant belly and was mainly for lounging. So of course I listened to the customer service gal. I wore them 4 times and noticed some ripped seams, they were pilling and the tag was cut! (Again, this was my first pair so I had no idea what to look for). I brought them back in and they said the damage was caused by my purse rubbing against the fabric, but I don't wear my purse in the house!! And they couldn't explain to me why a defective product was put back on the shelf for someone else to purchase. They would not refund me because they were damaged (not by me), but instead gave me a store credit.. Lululemon has lost a customer due to their rudeness and lack of product control!

Decent for returns/exchanges. Decent selection most times. Each staff member seems to have their own set of rules. Hate having to deal with the older grey hair women, she is rude.Edit to 3 stars.

Worst service ever!! Then the person had the worst service afterI bought my item to go public ally complain to her co workers with customers all around… I will never shop or recommend this store..

Moronic youth working there with next to ZERO customer service. Bought a shirt there for a funeral tomorrow ... live over an hour away .. they left this massive security clip on it .. awesome.Asked me if I wanted a bag for $2 .. TWO DOLLARS !!! .. I said no thank you, and walked out with a shirt in ny hands. I'm returning this shirt .. and never buying from them again.Other brands for cheaper and better quality.

Thanks Sonia. Got my crew. Super fast as I got it the next day 10am shipping to the mainland. Took only a day turn around. Awesome CS here and your colleague returned my call later that day on Wednesday night. Only other store that returned my call was Conestoga but I already got it by the time they did. Square one location didn’t answer and no chance to leave message and regent mall didn’t return my call either. Loving the my new sweater which is my wife is treating for me bday! Keep up the great work!
