They were way overpriced, for the job. The charge for equipment was almost 1/3 of the total price, absolutely ridiculous

Excellent service. My leather pieces look like new. The carpeting is rejuvenated, and our sofa is clean and protected! We received a text ahead of our technician's timely arrival which included his picture. He answered our questions and got to work. We will definitely use them again.

Tony & Juan can out after we had a 2nd floor toilet failure. These guys are my hero's. They were professional and courteous. I can not speak highly enough of this team, even though as they told me many times it's all part of their job, I felt like they truly cared and wanted to help. I recommend them highly.

I had a sewage backup in July. This company is one I would highly recommend. From Albert to Tom to Victor, all were exceptional at coordinating and getting the work done. If another mishap occurs, I will not hesitate to call ServiceMaster DSI.

We had a water issue in our basement after Tuesday night’s rain. Steven Lee, from Servicemaster came and helped us get our wet mattresses out, boxes of wet items, and a table leaf, etc. He took wonderful care and attention with our possessions and helped restore our basement to its previous appearance. More importantly, the professional attitude shows why Servicemaster is a terrific company.
