This store has everything you could ever really need plus more! Store is organized and easy to locate items you are looking for! Staff is very friendly, helpful and sufficient! Balloons are amazingly priced and they last forever! Been a customer for nearly 10years now! Best customer service hands down!

The prices in this store are generally more expensive than Dollarama those kind of chain stores. However it’s closer to me and a younger lady used to provide good service so I sometimes shop here.But today I bought something here and the male cashier who is on the phone from beginning to end manually keyed in a larger amount on the credit card machine than what shows on cashier screen. I noticed it after my card was approved. But he was still on the phone and I was in a hurry so I had to left at last. It’s only a small amount of difference but I won’t go back to this not honest store and won’t recommend to others.

Pathetic place with extremely rude staff/owners - no respect for customers, no concept of maintaining decency, petty small-minded behaviour - horrible place, stay far away!!

Good place for last minute birthday balloons or wrapping paper or DIY / craft school projects (if the project is simple) or urgent kitchenware, if you don’t have time to drive further.

Love this store! I drive out of my way just to go here. The workers really hustle to get your balloons done (even when they’re busy on the weekend). You can order in advance or walk-in. Everyone always asks me where I got my balloons from and I always recommend them. Have never got balloons that last as long as theirs do.
