I have been a customer at visions for over 30 years. I have always had amazing service, exceptional service. I strayed one time and went to Costco. What a mistake that was, never again!!! The quality, the customer service, the prices far supersede anyone.The staffs patience and knowledge makes your purchase 100% satisfied. Thanks Visions Abbotsford Seven oaks location! Just loved coming in here!At first, you’re greeted by the most cheerful staff member (shout out to Victoria!), who makes you feel right at home, and explains everything so well.The whole process was seamless and easy. They were SO good, patient and kind towards the kids - my kids’ first times, and they easily put their minds at ease (they even had fun- haha).I highly recommend!!Oh and did I mention- they have some SUPER cute frames!! Lots of choices for every different taste and budget!

The service by the staff is great however the optometrist failed at her one job. The eye exam. I had relayed to her during my exam that I had been scratched by my dog and when she examined me she noted the scratch was healed and that it was simply dry eyes. Fast forward through the next 2 months after treating dry eyes" with it progressively getting worse. I ended up in the ER Monday night where they found something in my eye and removed it."

The staff is great. Very informative, patient professional and friendly. I’ve never had a problem going in. They’ve also been gracious if I’ve not been able to make it. I don’t foresee any reason whatsoever to change my eye care folks! Great place!Mike

Kal helped us with our glasses, he knows his stuff, I was extremely happy with the service and how quickly everything went. He said it would be 1.5 to 2 weeks and he had them there in 6 days. Will be our go to place for eyewear! Thanks guys!

This is the most customer centered business I have had the pleasure of engaging with. I lost my glasses and needed a new pair with a very limited budget. I have progressives so this can be expensive. The team at Visions made me feel so comfortable in my budgetary limitations and took the time to find the best value for what I needed. They made me feel respected and treated with dignity while genuinely investing in what I needed. When I found my glasses the next day and cancelled the order they were so incredibly gracious. With something as important as your eyecare you really want a business that genuinely cares about their customer versus their profit margins. I haven’t purchased glasses in store in such a long time and I had the best experience at Visions. Claire was so knowledgeable and helped me find the best fit for my face. It was such a quick and easy process. Can’t wait for my new glasses!
