Domino's Pizza

I usually order from the king street domino’s as it was closed I went to the simcoe dominos.I’m disappointed with pizza . I ordered bbq sauce chicken and olive as toppings but there was hardly any toppings . So much inconsistency with toppings.Manager was apologetic but it was bad pizza.

The pizza was ready within 2 minutes of arrival. The parmesan bites did not make their appearance until 15 minutes later. The bites had cinnamon and sugar as shown on the paper on them and not the parmesan cheese. The pizza is missing the sauce so basically we did not get anything that was ordered.

We love ordering from Dominos- the online ordering is super easy and you can be sure to get the best deal with different coupons/deals to choose from. Fast delivery, food cooked to order. A++

Sent burnt food. Asked for a replacement, sent more burn food. Called back to complain for a second time, the manager offered to send the dough to cook myself, I honestly would've preferred that.

Twice I have been there and both times the topping are just sitting on top, hardly cooked with very little cheese under them.I told them they should look at the pictures on their t.v to see what Domino's pizzas are supposed to look like

Up until today, great service and pizza. Placed an order over the phone for delivery 3 hours later… they went to the wrong house and then cancelled the order without even attempting to phone back or verify the address. Disgusting.

Best pizza and wings I've had in a long time.... The staff were absolutely amazing... Would totally recommend... Will be my my only pizza go too... Well done Domino's

UPDATEManagement was apologetic and listened to my concerns. Has assured me that all the issues I've brought up will be addressed. Pleasantly surprised.***ORIGINAL POSTDelivery driver called me and asked me to meet him in the parking lot to collect my order, since it was raining and he didn't feel like walking to my door. Um...I paid $3.50 for delivery for a reason and it's night time. I called the store because this wasn't right, they apparently told him to deliver it to my door. The man arrived and took my payment, glaring at me the entire time. I opened up the pizzas to see that they were both intentionally trashed by the guy (see photos), I assume shaken. Folded over each other, toppings everywhere.I immediately called the store and got Alyssa on the phone. Explained the situation, she put me on hold for several minutes, then came back to give me a hard time. I was told that I was a problem customer and that she had replaced every single order I ever made with them ( actually I have a record/ not true/ but nice try), that her manager told her to not help me and that she has my name, number and address and knows that I'm trouble when I call (creepy). Obviously beyond inappropriate behaviour from the delivery driver, her manager and herself. She offered to reluctantly replace my trashed pizzas but only this last time. As if, I never would feel comfortable with food from this location ever again, or a refund. I took the refund. Will never order from this location ever again.Avoid Simcoe South!!Grandview has much better service, quality and proper management teams.Side note, never experienced this issue from the Grandview location. Unfortunately the delivery system defaults to this horrid place. I will be following up with Domino's Head Office regarding this experience. They should let you chose your store.*Refused to provide managers first name. This stores manager clearly doesn't care about its customers.*
