Maria did a great job setting up for our bridal shower, and the servers were amazing.Everyone had such a great time.

St. Nedela Banquet Hall - You will have the most enjoyable and comfortable experience if you host a full service event at St. Nedela.I have experience the Food it is served fresh and is prepared one hour before dinner is served. You can certainly taste the difference in the excellent quality much better that most upscale hall. Servers does an excellent job keeping the table clean and clutter free.Banquet Manger makes your event the most enjoyable and perfect experience with his accommodating personality, positive and willing to go the extra mile for any client.The Décor experience his clients gets from the in house decorator is top notch and high quality at an affordable price.

Nice place. There was some problems: washrooms not maintained, some staff not helpfull or understooding what you want. Lot of the utensils, glassware where dirty. When you asked for a replacement they tell you take from one of the other table"."

A lovely and beautiful church with amazing interior

Unfortunately we weren't able to go ahead with our booking much to our disappointment. We had looked all over Ajax for different venues to host my sisters baby shower in November.When we came across St.Nedela's Banquet Hall we were initially very pleased with the space/pricing/and person in charge, Maria. We made an appointment to meet, see the space, go over the the typical procedure (menu, info, questions etc.) We were very happy leaving the venue as Maria was very accommodating, answered all our questions and the space worked perfectly for what we were looking for.After discussing our options we decided we would go ahead and book. We called Maria and booked another appointment to book and sign the contract. Relieved we finally found a location.Upon sitting with Maria we started to notice a lot of the initial arrangements we had discussed changed, and there were going to be a lot of extra costs.She then proceeded to tell us that the week prior to our contract signing appointment there was a meeting regarding pricing of the venue and that things have changed and thats how it's going to be. However I had called her the weekend prior to book the appointment with her to sign the contract/book the space and none of this was mentioned to us as a heads up.By no means were we looking for any hands outs, getting anything for free etc. We were just looking to get what we were told in the initial meeting. We understand the ins and outs of the food industry/catering industry and know the work involved and would never look to short change anyone. We just find it very frustrating and disappointing to now be back at square one pushing back our planning.We heard many good things about this location through a family friend. We just wish we got to have the same experience and to write a much different review than this.Quite frankly we are still very confused about the whole experience. Again the space is very nice, we just wish there was bit more organization, maybe some notes made with the initial discussion made under our booking so things that were arranged and said weren't forgotten.

The Basement is a very nice place for a Banquet or a wedding reception.

Amazing church. It looks so amazing inside.
