I got my dress and it did come out beautiful!!! I only give it 4 stars because when I purchased the dress I repeatedly asked the consultant and was assured the back could be altered in a certain way but when I went for my first fitting I was told that the alteration I wanted was not possible and then I had ordered a dress in a size too small (which the consultant told me to do when I wanted to order it in the correct sizing) with not many other options so I opted for the classic corset back and it all worked out alright. Granted, this left the straps a little loose and they kept falling down during dancing and if I had them tightened they probably would've snapped due to the lace material but the tailoring and construction of the dress was done well enough that the dress stayed in place all night despite the straps not fitting well. I would attach a picture but google reviews doesn't have the option. The material is high quality and definitely worth the pricepoint. They do offer corsets and accessories but the corsets they had didn't fit me well but my mother got one that fit nicely so it does depend on your body type.

I had a wonderful time trying on dresses with Jacqueline! I'd originally gone to a store on Newbury Street, and after coming here, I was blown away by the level of customer service. She made me feel like a princess, and we tried on lots of different styles until we found the right one. I also did not feel rushed; on Newbury, they were running late and only gave me 45 minutes. As someone who's grown up in the area, I know that Wellesley is a perfect place to have this boutique, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for something a bit more bridal" and feminine."

Made in China? When I tried on the dress that is what was on the tag…yes China. Not made in Italy? Which is what I was told. When I bought the dress the tag was removed I don’t know why ?? I felt deceived. My family paid over $5,000 for what I thought were European designer dresses for a wedding. I found one of the expensive dresses I bought from Jacqueline Bridal which I paid $2,700 online for $350. I could have bought it from a yard sale. It was the same style and material BEWARE of this shop. Please just be careful and buy from a different, legitimate bridal and gown store.in my opinion, this is a very dishonest shop to people who trust . .

I went to Jacqueline's Bridal to look for a dress to wear as a guest to a formal wedding. The owner, Jacqueline, couldn't have been nicer. After sharing details of the wedding and my budget, Jacqueline showed me a few dresses. All her dresses are top quality and very beautiful and unique in design and color. Jacqueline was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and you can see her enthusiasm and passion for her business. Make an appointment, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jacqueline for making us look beautiful!

I went to Jacqueline's in search of a formal gown for a black tie event. I had looked many places and, at age 58, was having trouble finding something that looked great and fit right. I made an appointment with Jackie 3 weeks before my event and was surprised to find Jacqueline's Bridal had a great selection of formal dresses AND they could provide custom fitting - fast! Not only did I find a dress I liked, but the end result was a beautiful custom gown fitted to perfection! Jackie, herself, helped with the selection and coaching. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. With 2 grown daughters and potential wedding gowns as well as mother-of-the-bride" dresses (hopefully) in my future - I know where I will be shopping!! Thanks

I am in the beginning stages of planning my wedding and knew that the dress shopping was going to be the most difficult part for me. Imagine my surprise when I found *the* dress at the first bridal shop I visited - Jacqueline’s! While I didn’t purchase on my first visit I ultimately came back because not only did she have the perfect dress for me but the customer service was impeccable. Jacqueline is knowledgeable, honest, and does her best to find dresses that fit your style, budget, and frame. Jacqueline, thank you for making what I thought would be the most stressful part of wedding planning the easiest!

I visited this shop with my sister who came up from Florida to buy her wedding dress. I wish we hadn’t come here because the experience was awful.We sat at a small table for the entire appointment. We were not allowed to browse the dress selection, because only Jaqueline may select the dresses for the bride. No touching, no bridal party participation during the consultation, we were told only the bride could give input until she started trying dresses on.You may also not take photos unless you purchase a dress. Beware, they actually have people watching you on the cameras for the entire appointment to make sure you don’t take photos.The dress my sister liked had rhinestones that were falling off so clearly the quality isn’t a perfect as she claims.Shopping for a wedding dress should be a fun, positive experience, but we felt like we were being supervised during class. I would not give her my business even if we found “the dress”.
