Aliyah was the most irritating customer service person I have experienced in a very long time. Not only she doesn't have product knowledge or any of her promotions. She has been confrontational with me from the beginning. I gave her the benefit of the doubt as I thought she was young. She definitely lost opportunity to upsell as she was very cold and unwilling to serve. What made me want to write this review was that she refused to give me the itemized receipt. She kept insisting that the only receipt she can give me is the payment receipt. He kept arguing with me and said what do you want!!!! I am writing this to the business owner to let them know that I will never be back here.

I didn't realize popcorn came with 20 free eye rolls and additude from the manager...I paid with debit...then the next person was told the debit machine was down when I just used it...so she could go home right at 9pm ( this was half hour before mall closed).

Won’t be back as they don’t accept cash as legal tender anymore.Employees move at a snail’s pace and are miserable. Perhaps if all those in the kiosk had helped to service the clients and moved a little quicker, the line would not have encroach on the neighbouring stand, which was what they concerned themselves with instead of customer service.

Rather slow, Line wasn’t clearly defined no signs to tell us where to line up, no longer accepts cash a slight inconvenience. 1/5

The most unhappy staff. Had a Virgin Plus 2 for 1 medium. She would not scan the coupon and charged me for a large bag (the location is running a 2 for 1 large). One of the flavors purchased also was not very fresh.

Usually come to the mall but never really get popcorn until one time a couple weeks ago.Never have most of the popcorn ready. The staff can try to be alot friendlier.I tried to pay with cash and the manager was kinda rude about it and was rude when telling me they don’t take it anymore.It’s also pretty slow service

Wanted to treat a guest to some popcorn. Realized I left my wallet in my car but had some cash in my pocket. They refused my cash. Won't be back.

Waited 30 mins because of a sign that said ‘be back in a few’. What a waste of my time

Visited this location at 6:45 pm. The girl had gone on break so I waited around for 5 minutes and she came inside, didn’t acknowledge or anything. I thought maybe she was getting set up so I walked into a nearby store to kill time. Came out five minutes later I saw her on her phone , again no acknowledgement so I said hi smiling. She walked over and took my order. I thought she was just tired so I excused her bad attitude, I asked for some hand sanitizer in the store and she curtly said she wasn’t allowed to give me hand sanitizer. I was confused, so I asked her again, she repeated that with the worst tone. I just walked to the cell phone store five steps ahead of her and asked the customer rep there to give me some sanitizer before I started to eat my popcorn. He smiled and gave me some sanitizer.I can understand someone having a bad day, and customer service in general is hard. But that doesn’t excuse employees from basic courtesy and niceness. Her attitude was unacceptable and her skills lacking. I love kernel pop but lol never again. If you’re reading this, girl I’m sure your life is hard and you hate your job, but grow up, you’re not being employed to show bad attitude
