The dispatcher was rude and short with me. Tried to get a quote but he interrupted me to tell me to send the information to his email address. It took over a day to get any sort of reply.

Unbelievable service! I called at 1PM, they had a driver at my office within 2 hours. They made everything easy, pain free and the driver was incredibly friendly.

I was quoted $50.00 before the delivery, the driver told me $60.00 and I was charged $100.00. I told them both quotes when I phoned to pay and I was told that if I didn't pay the full amount the boss would call me and I didn't want to go down that road. #Spreadingthechristmasspirit

I put in an order on Friday for important papers that needed to arrive for Monday. The driver came when we were closed for lunch (On Friday I mentioned the hours) he didn't even knock on the door to try to get any employees to open. When I called nicely to see why no one has picked up the order I was transferred to Steve in dispatch who was rude and short. No apologies or offering any kind of a solution or discount. I set a new order through Purolator and its cheaper! I now have a tracking number as well as they will go to our loading dock so no chance of it not going out tonight(Much safer and more reliable)!

Great service. Fast and reliable; we have several local customers who refuse to use anyone but them .

So far I did 3 pallet of water delivery thru them.Service was amazing.James was patience enough to explain me the charges and other services.Will strongly recommend.

Three weeks ago, a straight truck ran a stop sign to cut me off at the Love's exit in Richmond KY. Apparently they run loads expedited that they need to drive dangerous weaving through traffic like their truck is on fire... I tried calling, but apparently there is no number to talk with anyone about their safety.
