Nathan R. and Ben F. did a great job installing our new hot water tank! Very nice guys, very hard workers and very thorough. Nice to have installers from this area who are knowledgeable in what they do. They explained what they were doing and what to expect. Would recommend Service Experts based off of this experience alone.

Excellent service! The technicians Spencer and Geoff did everything professionally. They showed up on time. They were courteous and respectful to our property, very responsive to our inquiries and the installation was clean and seamless. We are very pleased with the experience.

Rob Myles was excellent, friendly & professional. He started up the A/C unit & answered all my questions. Unit was installed in Dec by Spencer & Geoff who also installed water heater & furnace. They were also great, professional & worked very hard during snow fall. Thanks guys!

Joe Varette from Enercare showed up super quick, was courteous and knowledgeable. He resolved our AC issue amazingly fast and conducted a check of the whole system while giving us tips to prevent further issues. Definitely happy to have Joe come help us again if the need arises. Rob and Owen were very knowledgeable and kind. They took the time to explain everything in detail and were extremely efficient and helpful in addressing my hot water tank and plumbing issues. Highly recommended.**Edit**Ben and Owen returned with a brand new hot water tank and did a very efficient and professional job! They made sure that everything was cleaned up, and even filled buckets with water to rinse off some drips of rust from the outdoor stairs and walkway. Very pleased with the excellent service!

The two technicians who installed the furnace and ac were Nathan R and Ben F. They called each day to confirm when they were going to show up and were on time each day. They were both extremely knowledgeable in their trade and were meticulous during all the installation phases. They were friendly and courteous. The insulation was done well, neat and looked extremely professional. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them or the company they work for.

Jesse Handy was the right man for the job that needed to be done. He is VERY professional, thorough, pleasant and efficient. He was prompt to arrive and did not delay to get the problem resolved. I am over joyed and grateful for the good job done. He took the time needed to diagnose the problem, then efficiently did the repair. His efficiency saved me lots of tears and anguish. Had our AC die over the weekend. Didn't realize it wasn't pumping cold air until we were already sweating.(just the fan worked.) Jesse Handy came by and got it back up and running.Super happy with how fast and efficiently he handed the problem. He was also extremely patient with my many questions and took the time to answer any and all I had.If it ever breaks again, I hope they send him back.

Had a really negative experience with this company. My furnace fan broke yesterday morning, making it so my AC couldn’t run. I called them and their system was down and they said they’d call me back within an hour to book an appointment. They didn’t. I called them and was able to book an appointment. They sent someone out who looked at it and said the fan was just stuck on itself and he got it working again. He didn’t charge me for the service because he said there was nothing to fix. Within an hour, it was making a horrible screeching noise and shortly after that, it stopped working completely. At this point it was 27° in my house and climbing. I called them back immediately, which was mid-afternoon. The girl I spoke to was incredibly rude and yelled at me for not paying for my initial service. I explained to her that the worker waived the fee and she told me I better not expect that to happen again. They weren't able to send anyone back for almost 24 hours. I ended up contacting another company who sent someone out within the hour. He was able to diagnose the issue as a broken fan motor, and said that the existing one was too hot to even touch and was a hazard. I had to shut the system down completely for safety. Because by this point it was after hours, they couldn't get the replacement fan until the next day, which was disappointing because if this company had fixed the issue initially or sent someone out when I called them back, it could have saved me a very uncomfortable night in a house that was nearly 30°. Overall I was very unimpressed with the customer service at Enercare.
