Line-X Ottawa West

I had my truck undercoated with the Permanent Platinum Protection this week and I just wanted to say THANKS! The customer service provided by Jonathan was top notch.The value for the product in my mind is unmatched by any competitor. This product is a permanent solution for rust protection. If it ever starts to show signs of wearing off, I just need to stop by any Line-X shop for a free touch up. This product pays for itself withing 4 and 1/2 years compared to the alternative oil spray that needs to be done annually, and it's a lot less messy!!!Great job by the whole team, and keep up the great work!I will return for any future Line-x or truck upgrades!

We had a small rust bubble coming up on our bumper from a rock chip. After looking at several different options, we decided to go with LineX to spray the bumper to get rid of the chips and protect it.It came out way better than we hoped for.I would use their services again, and recommend them.John is the person I dealt with and found his service great.

Great friendly service everytime I've been there. Also , upgraded a product for me when back order was under prolonged delay. Appreciate it a lot and will definitely go back to Line-X again.

Wish I saw your review before getting my truck sprayed here Chris. Ran into problem after problem and instead of helping the situation the apparent owner, John, was extremely rude to me. Recommend just making the drive out to Hawthorne road.

Just got my used Tundra sprayed and tinted here. The workers and owner are kind and knowledgeable, the type of people I wish I'd had an opportunity to talk to before buying my truck! It isn't cheap but it'll make my truck last longer so it's worth it! I went back for a quick touch up on the tints and the process was totally painless. I would recommend this place based on my experience.

Technicians were knowledgeable and professional. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to answer them and showed me what they were doing. Like most things in life if you know how to communicate and treat others as you want to be treated things will work out well. I think any negative reviews of this location are based solely on the fact that the person writing them didn't communicate properly as I feel that Line-X would have made ever reasonable effort to correct any issues. Thanks again and will see you in 2019 for a touch up!

I went to this location looking for new side steps for my truck done in Line-X to prevent slipping and erosion. They listened to what I wanted, did not over sell, and found the exact balance of cost and result that I was looking for. It was delivered and installed on the date and the price quoted. I am very satisfied with the staff integrity, the price, and the product.

Great job applying ceramic tint on my bmw. Giving a review 3 years after the tint was applied and it still looks new today.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Line x is a good product but this location is garbage.I GOT A BRAND NEW TRUCK SPRAYED THE OTHER DAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED TOLD ME SOMETHING MUST OF FALLEN FROM THE CEILING SO THERE IS A SCREW UP IN THE LINER,not impressed when It cost me $700) WHEN HE WENT TO TAKE A LOOK THE GUY HITS THE TAILGATE WITH HIS STEEL TOE. IT LEFT A DENT. I WAS SCARED TO GET A NEW TRUCK SPRAYED WITH LINER THEY SAY THEY DO NEW VEHICLES ALL THE TIME. The owner John is an idiot who does not understand how to run a buisness ,he resorts to calling me a coward and says hope you dont ever have kids all because I left a bad review because of the damage that they caused. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to save the headache, apparently its to much to expect a half decent job.
