just ordered Victoza but professional cashier kindly informed that i was too early and was extremely helpful to put a self reminder note to process the order without having to remind myself and recall them again, I'm very impressed with their high level of customer service and highly professional cashier staff and will recommend them to everyone

Super nice, pharmacist! Discovered them by accident after going to the walk in clinic, a few doors away. Spent alot of time explaining medications with me and didn't mind answering all my questions.Assistant is very cute also.I highly recommend you drop by, and give them a try! A neighbood hidden gem.

I would like to complain about my terrible experience I had at Madawaska Pharmacy with Hind Alshear.I was told to call the pharmacy in the morning in order to book a covid PCR TEST but no one picked up the phone. I called numerous times upon them opening and still no answer. I then went to the pharmacy and they still didn't help me, claiming they were dealing with something and that I needed to call them. However how can I call when they don't pick up. I stood outside their pharmacy for an hour calling Madawaska Pharmacy and they still didn't do anything. Just keep ignoring me like I am nothing. By the way in side of Madawaska Pharmacy was no body except 3 careless employee with rude owner. When I went in and asked to make an appointment for PCR test the owner started to yell at me to leave saying we are not going to serve you! I was in shock.... How is it possible to refuse to serve a customer? For what they open pharmacy?....It is my right and every body right in Canada to get covid test and to be served. I couldn't believe that it's possible to be turned away from pharmaceutical companie which is supposed to help public in pandemic time!I don't understand how busy they can be to not help when I am waiting for them and constantly calling them. It's not right to treat customers that way.Terrible customer service, unprofessional attitude, no wish to help, ignoring customer ,rude and unpleasant!

I had medication that pharmsist should make it , I went to several pharmacy and no one helped me , today i went to this pharmacy they did not have the materyal to make it But the doctor helped me to find the medication in another pharmacy . I realy recommend this place and the professional doctor. Thank you
