I went here and my experince was just okay. I was looking for the size of my pant but there was no stock inside the store so I thought I can order in store here. I told them that I want to order this particular thing online but there was one guy who was acting very weird. I was deciding what should I choose and he was like whats going on here, they were discussing with each other. He was the next cashier to us. After deciding I was standing in a queue he was standing free there, but he did not call us. All of the employess were nice to us except that guy and even he did not attend us and giving us unnecessary attitude. Your duty is to serve every customer equally without any difference. If I am not wrong he was an Indian guy as a cashier. Thats the only reason for 3 star.

I recently visited this place and had a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable!

I don’t usually waste my time writing reviews, but I don’t often find myself in a store that’s this poorly managed either. Lots of employees, they are just lost and without direction.

Went into Marks a few weeks ago, wanted a levi’s denim jacket. The last one was on a floor model and had a manufacturer error because the red LEVI’s tag didn’t say a LEVI’s on the jacket.I asked the lady if she could order me a brand new jacket from another store/ online. She said she could. The very next day i got an email that my order arrived, came in store and looked at the jacket and was shocked!! LINDSEY had given me the display model even after i explained to her how that levi’s jacket was defective. Horrible customer service. I would never shop here at this location again or recommend!! I would give ZERO STARS if i could !!!

If it is possible to give a zero star I would give it. They did a “return” for two items which never went through, trying to get a response from the customer service phone line which is only operating between 10:00 and 6:00 and closed on weekends is a nightmare. Mark’s technically stole from us never giving the money back from items that we purchased online. Think twice before ordering online and trying to return anything in store.

I would like to share my positive shopping experience at Marks Polo Park location. The staff there are very helpful. I am closer to the mcphillips location but unfortunately never a good shopping experience there. Thank you to the cashiers and associates who were there to help me out . I will shop at this location in the future.

I think she was a store supervisor..im not sure. Anyway, she was very helpful because we're looking for a winter boots that good for -60°c. And this lady was so amazing..she helps a lot. I forgot her name. We bought 3 winter boots with my co driver.

Best place for ugly but got to have it, Winnipeg style gloves. The sheepskin and pig skin gloves that last 40 years and makes you feel like a local and stay just as warm. Jackets are great but so expensive.
