Workers are always busy socializing when I come in. Today I placed an order through door dash which did not give me the option of picking 2 different proteins. I place my order then call the store to let them know it’s actually 2 DIFFERENT meats not double of the same but no one answered. I called NUMEROUS times understanding they might be busy and waiting 5 minutes in between calls but they never answered. I did put a complaint into door dash for options but the last time I came here an employee also complained about the phone saying we aren’t a delivery service we aren’t meant for phone orders. It does not take 10 plus minutes to make a sandwich and if it does answer the phone to see if it’s a 2 second question or an order and either say you’re too busy for phone orders or please hold.

Ontario store is horrible! Walked in at 9:20 1 person working she was in the back she acknowledged us and said would be with us in a moment. Took her 10 min to finally come out to take our order. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. Bathrooms are disgusting and not clean, bathroom garbage is full. Will not come here again.

This is the second time I have come here. First time Wednesday at 8:35. The girl in there said to bad today I closed early. Second time was Friday at 8:05, again same girl. If she can't work until 9 pm you need to hire someone else. There was 8 guys getting off work and they were also surprised it was closed. Fire her, she had an attitude.

Unfortunately this location is consistently out of items. Today it was turkey, previously it was no lettuce, and have also had them tell me they are out of all types of bread but plain. It’s not worth even attempting to go here anymore.

The employees on duty at lunchtime said that she didn't believe in the online ordering and had to serve those in the store before those that had ordered prior and were there for pickup to take to their spouse who had ordered from work

This is what I picked up from my online order, 6/11/23. The bread didn’t even appear to be baked thoroughly. 2 bites & into the garbage. I asked the employee why they never answer the phone & she was rude with her response. I contacted Customer Service & The manager emailed me back, said he would talk to his team. Wouldn’t recommend this Subway. Lost my business.

Tried calling four times just now after driving over 20 minutes away and they didn’t put any vinegar on my husband’s sub that was supposed to have everything on it and be covered in red vinegar and there is absolutely no vinegar on it whatsoever let alone all the toppings. Contacting corporate immediately!

My girlfriend was in there ordering sandwiches for us and I came in from shopping at another store. The heavyset lady making the sandwiches (no name tag) took it upon herself to make a derogatory comment to my GF about my appearance as I was standing by the door waiting, clearly not realizing we were together. I used to be a regular at this location, now they've lost my business forever. Well done.
