I would highly recommend Orkin. They provided exceptional and professional service. As evidence by the prompt response to my initial email inquisition, the follow up phone call for clarification of my issue, also the technicians who came to my home and successfully removed two skunks safely and relocated them in a far, much more appropriate location. My name is Chris and I have a carpenter ant problem for the last 3 years.(Hi Chriiis...)After having called and hired two local companies to solve my problem. One only wanted to get paid by cash only. I had to fight with him to get a receipt and the other came with an attitude both of which did not solve my issue. They simply sprayed the inside of the house which killed the ants locally but did absolutely nothing for the real problem. (The nest)When I called Orkin, they were knowledgeable, polite and they spent a good half hour, just explaining to me how carpenter ants worked and survived as well as how to permanently solve the problem. They were up front and explained to, why so few people can actually get rid of the problem in a single year. It is simply due to the life cycle of the carpenter ants however getting my house to the point where there aren't anymore is almost a given after the second year. I was able to plan accordingly. We will see after the first year and cross our fingers but at least I understand we are probably in for another year, in order to get rid of them completely. That's fine with me. I prefer they be honest now so there are no surprises when their work is done.I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHOLEHEARTEDLY.Five well deserved ⭐ stars so far.

The gentleman came on time, he looked around for rats, inspected all around my patio and told me he didn’t see any extraments.He did tell me if I see any and I am concerned to give him a call and they can come setup stations to eliminate the rats.

Professional as always. I've dealt with Orkin before when I lived in another city and they did a great job, fully resolving our issue on the first try. Unlike other pest control companies that just send someone to administer a gamut of standard treatments that may or may not really be suitable, the technicians sent by Orkin (last time and this time) both first carefully assessed the property and made detailed recommendations for how to treat specific issue. The technician we saw today was able to make recommendations not just for treatment but also for what we can do to keep the problem from coming back -- simple, inexpensive things like trimming trees and removing specific attractants. I am always impressed by how knowledgable and observant their staff are. It garners a lot of trust that they provide so much information about what they suggest and why.

Up until this year they have been great. I called 3 times for this year's treatment but they never rang back. Had to go with a different company.
