Went to 2 different stores and both took one look at the part I was looking for and didn't have it and didn't know what brand it was. Went to Plumbateria and Kirby took one look at it and knew the brand and walked over to their wall of parts and got what I needed. In and out in less than 3 minutes. Definitely going back anytime I need any plumbing parts.

My bath tub faucet is leaking and I couldn’t find a replacement from Home Depot, Rona or Lowe’s. My friend recommended Plumbateria to me and they didn’t disappoint me. They have almost everything. What is more amazing is that an old gentleman found a replacement for his walking stick which is really aged and worn.

I was told by another plumbing supply store to come to Plumbateria, and I am so glad I did. The sales person provided a complete solution, found all the parts I needed, and told me how to put it together. As someone who is no plumbing expert by any means, the advice was so valuable, and the solution was WAY better than anything I could have ever dreamed up on my own. It's too bad I didn't think to get the name of the person who helped me, but he is awesome and so is this place!!

We ordered a shower pan from a manufacturer in B.C. through Plumbateria. It arrived with a defect (wouldn't drain properly). Not a good situation when you're renovating a bathroom and timelines are tight. The manufacturer was not being helpful with sending a replacement, but Plumbateria went to bat for us and put a rush order on another one, saying they would deal with the unhelpful manufacturer and returning the defective shower pan . They were very helpful with obtaining a replacement. I know for a fact we would have been helpless trying to deal with the manufacturer ourselves.

This place has fantastic service. Kirby helped me troubleshoot fittings on my demand hot water tank and saved me days, if not weeks, of frustration trying to figure it out myself. Frank helped my father in law with a new shower head purchase and found him a great deal. If you need a wide selection and first class service this is your place. Thanks guys.
