Misdiagnosed my puncture as alloy wheel damage. So I took it elsewhere for alloy wheel repair and they simply replaced the tyre, no problem with the wheel.But much worse, they fitted the spare wheel. It looked quite flat so I asked if they had inflated it to 60psi, they assured me it had been. I checked at a petrol station on my way home, it was at 18psi. Very dangerous and sloppy.

Just wanted to do MOT. Booked via Halfords website and.....Booked for Monday, arrived on Monday just to be told: oh I'm sorry I supposed to call you to reschedule. rescheduled for Wednesday.On Wednesday arrived just to be told: oh I'm sorry I supposed to call you to reschedule....hmmm Rescheduled for Thursday. Arrived on Thursday and heard: oh I'm sorry I supposed to call you to reschedule.Rescheduled for next Tuesday. Guess what? oh I'm sorry I supposed to call you to reschedule".Exactly four times.Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced in last years. They even did not bother to call me to cancel or reschedule the appointment. HOW DISAPPOINTING it is - judge by yourself."

Went to get 4 new tyres booked to be done I phone up to make sure about my order the guy said yeah every thing is good, arrived early than the booking, and still 45 minutes late to be seen. And then the person said oh they sent us the wrong tyres."

Husband initially booked an appointment online to get 2 tyres replaced as well as the exhaust. Had to come back 4 times after that as there issues with the sensor now. I ended up going and spoke to the manager who booked me in for an appointment about 4 days after. Husband went to drop off the car and was told don’t bother because the machine is not working and refused to give any further detail about coming back in again. Tried to call to complain and no one picks up the phone.I would definitely find somewhere

Excellent value, especially for multi-buy. Very pleasant manner from staff. A bit of a delay finding the products I'd ordered but more to do with the on-line purchase / delivery process. In no way a reflection on the staff in branch.

Firstly the guy who worked at the reception area at the Dunfermline branch was rather rude, it was clear that customers were just an inconvenience to him. When I told him I had a puncture and would need a new tyre, he said, leave it with me, when asked what the price would be, he quoted me £25 more than what was advertised online. When I queried this (politely I may add) he became aggressive, raising his voice stating something along the lines of web prices always being cheaper. When I said I wasn’t interested, he followed me to my car ranting the whole time. I can see why a lot of female drivers avoid these places. The guy clearly shouldn’t have a public facing role in the organisation, or should be sent for some mandatory customer service training.

Booked my car in a few days ago for 1 tyre change for 4.30pm on monday. I arrived 10 mins early to be told, it won't getting done today as we are too busy. Even a courtesy call would have been nice to try and rearrange it with me, but no, I had to do a 8 mile round trip for nothing. Would normally praise this garage, it's went completely down hill and I won't be back.
