Dave, was very kind and patient. He explained a lot about the process and the options. He also was very responsive when I had questions. The professional installer who came was nice and worked hard, battling weather to get the install finished. A really good product and very reasonably priced. The only recommendation I have is communication as to when workers will be on site. A phone call or text to confirm that they will or will not be coming makes it easier for the home owner to plan around them. Notifying the home owner when they arrive and when they leave would also be nice. The gentlemen I dealt with were as I said, kind and professional and I think my house looks great.

I called Dave and Deb for an estimate on a new roof. From the minute I first spoke to Dave, he was committed to and provided me with exceptional customer service. Within 2 weeks, my roof was installed. Pat and Brad were the installers and they were such great guys. They worked hard and were so pleasant to deal with. My roof looks fantastic and I have had many compliments on it. My overall dealings with London Eco Metal exceeded all of my expectations. Thank-you so much. Everything was handled totally to our satisfaction. The estimation and proposal process was thorough and done in a timely manner. We found our preliminary meeting with Dave (Roofing Consultant) extremely beneficial. He provided a comprehensive review of their company, products, installation, warranty, service support, identified previous customers homes for viewing, and provided a fair cost estimate for the job.Deb attended our next meeting and brought along samples of the metal panels and range of colours. She presented insightful views on matching their product styles and colours to the exterior of our home. It created an opportunity for us to visualize a final appearance. It also greatly helped to finalize our decision to proceed with the project and invest in a metal roof.Henry and his installation crew were professional, respectful, and hard working. They kept the job site clean, tidy and project on schedule. I heard about London Eco-Metal on FM96 on a Friday afternoon after work. I checked out their website and filled out the questionnaire. Richard contacted us on Saturday and came to measure the roof on Sunday. He gave us the quote on Monday. We were surprised at the price! And signed. It was amazing how quickly the process happened. Within 3 weeks we had a new steel roof and it looks fantastic. Mario and Alex are great hard working guys. Quality and workmanship is outstanding!!! They even took our TV tower down and took it away. We've had numerous comments on how nice the roof looks. We'd recommend this company 100%.

Dave and Deb, were great and we were able to come up with a plan to meet our budget. The install team were great, got to talk to them and spend the day with them during the install.. both my wife and I happy about it. Felt bad because it was hot the days they were out, but we made sure we had a drinks for them in a cooler ( did not have too our own piece of mind and being good people)

From start to finish this was a great experience. Consultants Dave and Deb were excellent in going over all the steps and helping us pick out the style and colour. The installers were courteous and hard working. We are very pleased with the roofs. Would also like to mention the truck driver dropped the skid so I was able to get both cars out of the double garage.

Absolutely Impressed by London Eco-Metal: Not only 2 weeks ago we attended a home show and a few days later Dave & Deb came over to give us a quote and show us the product as well as walk us through the process. They were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their product. Our roof was completed today and I appreciated the respect given by the gentleman who dropped off the roofing supplies and sat neatly on our front lawn. The crew arrived to start the roof installation as promised and were here every day for installation having to work through a couple of terrible weather days. However, they did a great job and cleaned up all materials when the job was complete. The roof looks awesome and we have had several compliments already! The price was fair and better than other quotes received. You can't beat the 55 year warranty!
