Barudan Technician done great job since2 nice gentleman worked with us very politely and with respect and smailI called last week and talked to Habib Sindhu he told me I will come to Vancouver Wednesday or Thursday and he started to talk about religion on phone because of my list name he made me extremely uncomfortable.I please him to assist me on phone but he told me let me come there is't better to solve your issues so I requested and please him call me if he come on Wednesday then call me on Tuesday one day ahead to my scheduleHe never called and make any appointment he showed up with other person named David in my office and he didn't say my name properly. my Partner said I am sorry we don't have such person in here. Finally, it's Ben?he started with bad jock without knowing me I don't get that we are business people we run out of time we don't have time for jock. Man, fix my machine then try to jock you don't know me, Mr. Habib Sindhu do I know you? I got his attention I said to him I don't like your jock!!He was not comfortable with my embroidery machine due of lack of experience compere to other 2 technician then rather he go through machine he asking me questions to refresh him mind !! I asked him do you have one head embroidery machine in your car I asked why don't you try to practice with that and then come back at 4 pm todayhe didn't like that but I said to you I told you to give me call I have customers to dealMr. Habib Sindhu email me at 4:54 emailing me he can make iti need to call and someone help me out by phoneReason I need help with that other technician upgrade the software then I am not able to do hatI explained upgreat mean friendly us and more option but he were saying we know use spone to eat but with hand it's better becouse we can eat more that logic of technician as mangeris this way Baudan going deal with his customersI never go purchase any machine from there any more if someone not going solve my problemsI don't recommend to anyone purchase any embroidery machine from Baradon

We were trying to buy a brand new machine and Habib acted like we were more nuisance than customer. It took him 5 days to get a quote to us even then it wasn't a proper quote that we couldn't use with the financier. In the meantime Tajima asked us to let them quote us. When we told Habib about the Tajima quote he laughed us off and Said good luck with that" heylost a $66
