The staff here are outstanding. Wilbert the maintenance manager is always available and will help with any problem and is very patient. Lisa, my housekeeper is Excellent. She is always thorough and pleasant and willing to do extra if needed. The serving staff are so pleasant and are always smiling. There are a few stand outs that need to be recognized; Amy, Ruby and Kayvan are five star servers. The Chef, Berry has added so many delicious meals and he is approachable with any request. Lulu the program director is amazing when it comes activities and special events. Last but not least is our wonderful manager Nick. He has a warm nature and is always putting the safety of the residents first. He is always available and has a great personality. I can’t say enough good things about Carlton. I am so happy to be here.

I cannot express enough the gratitude for the care and love my mom Patricia received at Carlton. The staff are helpful, caring, and treat each resident with care and respect. From her reception, to her end of life care, our family will be forever grateful for the love and care, making moms last days on earth as comfortable as possible. A hearth felt thank you goes out to Randi and the staff of Cardiff walk.

The facility is excellent, only best by the staff. It warms my heart knowing many people will benefit from your service and care.

My mom has been here since 2017. As her health deteriorates we have seen nothing but empathy and kindness from the staff. Communication between the care home and our family (siblings included) on our mom’s health is extremely important. The staff has done an excellent job. My sisters and I cannot thank the staff enough with their efforts to keep everyone safe during these difficult times. It is reassuring to know that our mom is being taken care with knowledgeable and kind-hearted staff.Stay safe and keep up the excellent work.
