I emailed them on Oct. 18, 2021, wanting to purchase new filters for my heat pump. It's now Nov. 5th, 2021 and no response. Not impressed.

The owners, are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, there experience is evident and shows in the professional work they perform.

I bought my furnace from Houde Mechanical 10 years ago. My furnace broke down Dec 22nd in the morning. My husband looked at it after work, and told me to give them a call. I followed their instructions for after hours calls, left a message and my number and never heard back from them at all. Needless to say we spent a very cold night in the house.Houde Mechanical has just lost a customer forever. If you say you offer emergency calls, you should honor that or at least have the decency to call back and say you can't send someone. Not leave people in the cold.I ended up calling someone else the next day who came over within 2 hours. They weren't able to fix it that day because it needed parts but they did leave us with some heaters to help us until they could repair the furnace on Christmas Eve.

Got my gaz furnace , hot water tank and ac put in by them!Was really satisfied buy the work!The workers were very nice!Answered any questions I had!They were always here when they said they would be( on time/ punctual)
