I took my 2020 Jeep Gladiator in for service, I was told I had a broken shock and it would need to be ordered. I have been given 4 different dates and have been waiting over 3 months for the part and repair. Now when I call the dealership to request information I’m transferred to a voicemail that it is full. This dealership has terrible customer service I do not recommend

First time I bought a second hand and I noticed an issue before the sale which I was promised it being fixed. After several failed attempts the problem was never resolved. When I complained to them they pretty much told me to have my husband come see them. Husband's name wasn't even on my car.

Terrible and frustrating experience. I was working with a sales person for a week on one particular car. He kept telling me that he was going to get some numbers together and let me know. Several days would pass and I would have to contact him, which I was told again that he was going to run the numbers for me. Then I see on facebook that the only car I was interested in was sold out from under me..... Thanks for that. Never contacting them again, no ethics there.

To make it simple I HATE MY CAR!!!!!! I know, I know the warranty is way over. Just to let you know I hate it. It will not start in cold weather and we have a lot of it in winter. This is the second NEW battery that has been put in. The car has been checked by a very good mechanic twice and if he can't find what the problem is no one can. I HATE MY CAR!! If I wound have known this about the car, I would have chosen something different!!
