Absolutely amazing, installed my command start quickly and efficiently. My car wouldn't start the other day so my dad called the district manager and he found the problem with my car instantly and fixed it. He was happy to. Just amazing experience!

Scott did a great job with my Victory bike. I would recommend to anyone to go to Vibe for their audio needs.

Pretty disappointed, went in looking for some 6x9 speakers and the sale associate who was there was hardly helpful and didn’t even leave his desk which he was sitting at with his feet on top of, had no helpful information when we asked him anything he just told me to look and what I see is what they have…

Went to the store for replacement speakers, asked what options would fit in the car. Dude didn't even look up what size I'd need or any basic details to at least direct me towards a product to buy. Go to Visions on the south hill if you want real help.

Took my car in to get my old command start replaced with something better after a lot of issues with my old one (installed somewhere else, standard transmission etc.)Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding me a new one. It’s been working flawlessly. Just in time for the cold weather.My stereos amp was also blown a few years ago and I had been dreading trying to get it replaced (stock unit retrofitted into the dash) but Ron went through some options and it seemed quite reasonable. I will likely be calling back to have that arranged in the near future. A vehicle without music/radio just isn’t right, so now I’m excited to get that working again as well. I’ve also got a couple of 12” subs and an amp I am now contemplating throwing in my car while we’re at it..Anyway. They seem to know what they are doing at Vibe. Would highly recommend at this time.

The team at Vibe did a great job installed a remote starter in my car. I was able to call and book an appointment the same day. They even waived off the $100 fee to remove an old remote starter that was installed in my used car that I didn't even know I had. Very good customer service - highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! Desperately needed to get my new replacement key fob connected to my car starter. They went above and beyond and were able to squeezed me in same day. They set it up super quick! Works perfectly, very happy!

The remote start on my 2010 Camry stopped after working well for 10+ years. On the recommendation of others, I attended Vibe Car audio. Service attendant Ron first looked at the car & tried a few things. He suggested a booking.I had agreed to bring the car to Vibe on Sunday night leaving the keys in an exhaust port in order for a service inspection first thing Monday morning.Within minutes of leaving my car on Sunday night, employee Scott phoned saying the car was working.I returned to the shop where Scott was standing outside beside my vehicle. He indicated he had tried several things and had “reset” (his words, no mine) the remote master unit. He then shut the vehicle down several time and restarted it each time using the remote.Scott later said he was working on this Sunday night because of the volume of work. He just happened to hear my keys drop from the exhaust port.To say that I was impressed would be an understatement. Clearly both Ron and Scott went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me. Especially Scott’s declining my VISA for his time.If you are looking for a firm to serve your remote, look no farther!Doug Janssen

Awesome customer service! I took my Harley to Scott last summer hoping he could fix the sound quality of a system I had done by a different shop. We thought it was going to be a fairly easy retuning, maybe take an hour. After pulling the fairing off Scott could tell it was not installed correctly and there was components in the system that did not need to be in there. I ended up being there for 5hrs and the whole time Scott let me hang out in the shop with him and gave me a schooling on audio/electric. He is VERY knowledgeable and you don't see guys like him willing to educate their customers so they understand what they need for the vehicle they want done.Look at some of the very high end vehicles they work on. There was an old Chevy in the shop that day worth well over six figures. All in all they only charged me for 1hr shop time. You are getting the best when you go to Vibe. I will taking my bike back later this year to get a big upgrade!
