We dealt with Jeff and his team for our generator. After months of calling ,we could not get an answer from the other business that services Generac Generators in the area.Jeff called us back immediately with a timeline that was accurate and his employee that showed up was very professional.Highly recommend them for generator servicing and they are all super friendly !Great experience!

I would not go here if I were you. Jeff is polite and speaks very nicely about wanting to help you out but when my car died two times within a week of an almost $1000 job to fix a noise (which was never fixed and actually got worse) I was told that it was not their fault and unrelated to the work they had done, even though it was all transmission related. The tow from Dartmouth the first time it happened, which seemed like a nice gesture went from don't worry about it" on the phone to "you can get a CAA membership to cover it" on the drive back. I did get reimbursed for the part

Would like to thank you for helping me.I called for advice concerning a warning message to check air pressure in the tires of my new suv. Customer service kindly accepted to have someone take a look. I drove over and was immediately welcomed and the serviceman spent about 15 minutes making sure the tires were balanced, 3 over inflated, one low. No charge. How we handle little things is how we handle big things. I am glad we live in a town where people take care of each other.Janet

They serviced my generator both last year and this year. I got friendly service the price is reasonable and I will continue to have them service my generator yearly or as needed.

I am a CAA member and twice last week I had to use these services. One to unlock my car and one as a tow as my car had been hit. Both times I was impressed with the speed of response and also the professional service and friendly staff. I am new to Windsor as I am from Halifax so I’m not familiar with this area. But it is good to know that you have my back and are there when needed. Thanks again.

The experience that I had there was Second To None very friendly real easy to talk to and the knowledge of their mechanic was awesome he explain things and walked you through your mvi I would recommend them to my own mother and grandparents and family members thanks again it was a great experience
