À partir de l’accueil qui ont fait des pieds et des mains pour me trouver un autre rendez vous car je viens de loin, par la docteur Lina qui a été d’une empathie et d’un professionnalisme impeccable, ainsi qu’une technicienne en audiologie qui prend son métier très à Coeur !Merci à toute votre belle équipe, sans vous j’aurais peut être des séquelles, je peux maintenant dormir sur mes deux oreilles !David

The clinic is well organized and very clean.The reception has several employees who are highly respectful, intelligent, punctual, fast and helpful. Great teamwork.But they didn't return my call when I left them a message. They are really busy.Among the doctors I only know doctor Stephenson Marie-FranceSpecialized in ENT(ORL).VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY PRECISE, DEDICATED, RESPONSIBLE and an OUTSTANDING DOCTOR.She saw an issue in my x-ray that the other specialists much older than her did not realized.She also works at Notre Dame Hospital with a a very well trained team of professionals who are all take pride in what they do.The team from receptionist, nurses, technicians, specialists and herself are a great asset for the provenance.She sent me to one of her associates at the Notre Dame Hospital for speech therapy, Mrs. Katherine Nadeau-Noël M.Sc.A O who is also very intelligent and perseverant. She has the same caring, determination, meticulousness and professionalism as doctor Stephenson.I have seen many doctors" and "experts" with an attitudes and empty rhetoric to get publicity but here I saw calm-concrete.I admire them for the way they take responsibility and deliver excellence to the best of their ability.They are down-to-earth ארציים but their commitment
