It's okay but expensive

I highly do not recommend this place. They don’t care about their customers. Very poor customer service. If you have not been vaccinated, they don’t care about you and will take your money. Also it’s expensive for no valid reasons. So I will never recommend or go back to this gym. Also their email is not valid so no way to contact them. They also don’t care when you call. They will say okay and hang up.

Good gym

Worst gym ever ! Disgusting customer service don't know how to treat clients, plus is super expensive for nothing, charge me more money, I only went 2 times because my dad had passed away i couldn't attempt anymore I had to travel I try to explain to them the situation they didn't care no sympathy nothing manager was rude! I had to pay a whole year only for 2 times that I went, they said that it was my problem if I didn't pay they would send me to recouvrement, if I could give them zero stars I would! Don't go there!

Super gym

Changing rooms and equipment aren't cleaned often.Terrible service on top of that. A few times, the music was blasting behind me and could barely hear what the person at the counter was saying, had to repeat many times and she never lowered the volume...Few months later I had to move for work, I asked to speak with the Manager to discuss and agreement regarding my year subscription. The manager didn't want to show up and was constantly sending the person at the counter back and forward to give me answers. I still have to pay for my year contract even though I wont be there for the next 8 months. Normally there is a way to pay a penalty to break the contract.

Nice place. All equipment you need.

Took a one year membership, did not renew now they want 163$ fee. Watch out before signing with them.
