Chris came to our home to give a quote for an A/C unit. He was very helpful and informative on the type and size that our home would need to be as efficient as possible. He sat down with us and went over the quote, his knowledge of the construction side was very helpful as well. We were so impressed with Chris so I decided to get a quote for a garage heater and referred him to a family member. We will be having both the A/C unit and garage heater installed this month. I would highly recommend Charlton & Hill! After being severely let down by another company in town when our furnace starting experiencing issues, our experience with Charlton & Hill was amazing! Should have called them first! Speaking with Joe on the phone he was so kind and responsive to our situation. Cole was so knowledgeable and professional when diagnosing our furnace issue. Chris went above and beyond to find a solution that met our needs while being completely upfront. Brian and Tyler did a wonderful job installing our new system. They were professional, knowledgeable and left our utility room in pristine shape. Thank you Charlton & Hill!

Kyle, Bryan, and Dillon did an excellent job providing us with a Generac generator that can power our whole house! Looking forward to never losing power again! Brian, Jerrett and Austin did an amazing furnace and AC job too!! Very happy with the final result.Dillon, Joel, and Bryan did a wonderful job installing our hot water tank, working long hours to make sure it was installed perfectly!

Overall great experience. Tyler and Austin installed a heat pump and high efficiency furnace professionally and with great expertise. Even when they found an aspect of our system wasn't up to code they solved the problem.We have had the heat pump for almost a year now and love it. Though it was quite expensive, we got the full $5,000 rebate from the federal Greener Homes Grant.My only complaint is that the system makes a new noise or vibration in the floor (furnace room is below the bedroom) that wakes us up an hour or two before the alarm. Still trying to figure out if we can reduce the noise.

Cole was great to deal with. He explained his diagnostic findings clearly & got us up & running again. He also gave us other maintenance options to improve our furnace performance. Overall it was a good experience & Cole did a fine job.

Ryan and Kyle did a great job removing and installing a new range hood as well as replacing the outside outlet. Work completed in about two hours. This was after waiting over a month trying to get Rona Installation Services (contracted to Quick Contractors- an oxymoron) . Will sure be contacting Charlton & Hill Home Services for any future work.

Called this company to install a new sink unit for us. The first time he installed it 2 inches away from the wall and tried to convince me that it was the best he could do. I made sure it was possible and called him back to do it right. He came back 2 days later and put re-installed it flush to the wall (after I drilled the holes for the pipes myself) and he charged another $250 for this visit. The office knocked off $50 after I complained. Noticed last week that the drain is now leaking…the “special” drain he had to install because it was “better”. Never again will I call this company, they used to be excellent…not any more
