Went to the mississauga location 3 time as we recently adopted a dog that was on a raw diet. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about feeding raw and proper hygiene after meals. Special shout out to Jr. for helping me with some feeding tips and Rockey for the help with my bags as it would have taken me a couple trips to load my order. Thanks to the entire Big Paws team for keeping Xeus feed. PS he loved those ribs bones, I'll definitely grab some more on my next visit.

We’ve been a fan of Big Paws for nine years now. Switched my chihuahua from kibble to raw at one year. We’ve had two separate vets since then, and both asked me what I was feeding him, after commenting on his coat, oral health, and strong muscular structure. The owners are amazing and their team is incredible!!!

Love the option to buy raw food in smaller quantities. Gives you the option to see what best suits your dog. Great quality raw meat. Less mess which is always appreciated. Dogs love it!

Mississauga location, super service! First time there. My dog is very picky. But he loves the raw cubes. Finally a place that cares for my guy ❤️ The raw smells fresh, my dog keeps smashing his bowl for more.
