Went to Gorman’s at Vaughan location. Jason N helped us! By far best rep I have ever worked with. So easy to communicate with, no runaround, no harsh salesman pushing, just professional and always has your budget and design in mind. Doesn’t forget any conversation, saved us on costly mistakes we were gonna make. Without him we would have been running in circles. We might have called him over a 100 times, and he never was annoyed or rushed.Found us some promotional discounts and even helped us get items that were so hard to find (accessories)!Anyways 10/10 or 5/5, if there was a higher score than perfect he deserves it!As for the Vaughan location, great showroom and a little secret.. they have amazing coffee , just ask the rep to brew you a cup!Thanks Jason and Goemans! And i prefer dealing with a rep than buying online. I'm a customer to Goemans - Vaughan 10+ years and all of my appliances are bought from them. From day 1, let it be greeting at the store or responses to emails or phone calls have been amazing. Sales are very detailed and aware of market trend and especially other competitors pricing as well which makes it easier for me as we don't need to beat around the bush. They already know. Recently, i bought a gas range and was lucky to deal with Chantelle Hope again after many years. The transition was so easier I didn't even had to visit the store. I told her what I was looking for and within few mins I've got response with full details and pricing and I was really happy that I didn't have to deal with any other store as she exceeded my expectation and made the purchase a pleasant experience. The purchase process at Goemans was very good. We were offered the floor model of a washer and drier that later arrived at our home at the promised time. The machines appear to be working now although we had electrical problems that were not caused by the machines. We look forward to using our purchases and would recommend Mr. Butt at Goemans who did a good job accommodating our needs.

My husband and I had previously bought all our kitchen appliances from this Goeman’s location so we knew we’d be back when we needed a new washer/dryer. We had already done our research and knew which brands we were interested in. Our salesperson, Judith, provided some additional information confirming what we had read online. Unexpectedly having to buy new appliances can be stressful but the process was easy with Judith’s expertise. The delivery of the appliances also went smoothly and the communication from the delivery people is excellent so you know exactly when the appliances will be arriving. Overall I’d shop at Goeman’s again because of the knowledgeable staff, availability of appliances, and excellent customer service.

Goemans provides the greatest purchase experience. These are not just words, I really mean it..... no sales pressure from the sales associate, answering questions, providing recommendations, communicating via email, allowing to transact the purchase remotely, maintaining regular contact on the order and delivery scheduling, and white glove service on the delivery itself, and finally customer service followup immediately following the delivery and setup. Oh, did I forget to mention competitive pricing !! You can't ask for any better !! Thank you Vanessa, Goemans team and Delivery experts !!

Jason was knowledgable about all the products we asked about. He was extremely patient and helped guide us to choose the right appliances for us! We did not feel rushed and totally satisfied with the professional service. When you go to Goemans in Vaughan, ask for Jason!

We are so happy with the service we received at Goemans. Vanessa Murray was our sales person and she was amazing! She was able to save us even more than was on the already on sale price. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The refrigerator was delivered on time and the team was very friendly and careful when moving it into our home. I’ll definitely buy again from Goemans.

She is very professional and is highly skilled at balancing wants with budget. She is also candid about product performance, value and availability (or not)! Bought a few appliances here. First set a few years ago took a negative google review to get it serviced after the fridge stopped making ice within the first few months...Customer service was very poor back then but they eventually came through... Only took a few weeks and about 10 calls to get anywhere.My mistake for buying from them again .Recently spent 2k on dryer washer combo. Wife was told I wouldn't have to lift a finger. Great. Everything is installed fine. Fast forward a few weeks we now have mold since the fitting with the new install was done incorrectly. So we call the store... Two calls... Three calls. Call head office. Finally found out the store didn't even make a ticket. So here we are again Gorman's. High and dry with no support or help. Called customer service multiple times and was reassured multime times someone will escalate this .... Nothing has happened . We are now a few weeks into the first call....My mistake for trusting you again. Really should have just completed the quote home Depot gave me . But at least I have a brand new unit since it gets no use.Also thanks for the mold. Very nice.
