Pretty terrible time here.Staff were all friendly and accommodating but when it came to the work on my bike I was left very disappointed.Booked in for a full check up of the bike, noting the headset for sure needed work and to swap the brakes over.Straight away leaving the shop the bike was making creaking noises which turns out needed new bearings. I also noticed that I was missing two bolts holding my chain ring on, and just a few days later the brakes need bleeding again.The seemed to have skipped over the work needed on the bike, just done the minimum and did a poor job on the work they did do.I want to support local but very disappointed with the experience here.

Somehow these guys defeated the normal rules, and managed to be fast/good/cheap all at the same time. Did a great job fixing my bike quickly at a very reasonable cost. Would recommend for sure!!

Overall great bike shop. The employees here live and breathe bikes, unlike some in Whistler. Always willing to help out to make your life easier!

Whistler Bike Co provide an amazing service! I Went in today to buy some new rotors, the team were super helpful in providing me with all the options available to me. Friendly and helpful, I cannot recommend them enough!

100% would recommend. These days Whistler customer service is abysmal everywhere, restaurants, hotels, whatever, but THESE guys were phenomenal. Helpful, knowledgeable, willing to spend time with customers. 100% would recommend them, they helped me find what I needed and they worked on my bike and in every respect they were fantastic. Also, great value, even if you weren't in Whistler their prices would be competitive.

Super simple but I needed a couple of bike valve caps and they were super friendly. Nice shop.

Great guys, they saved my trip to Whistler, had an unfortunate accident with a cliff on Blackcomb and snapped my ski bike handlebars. These guys went way out of their way and found a pair that work perfect. I can’t impress upon you how much this means, thank you so very much for the help.
