Went in to get my glassed adjusted, lady who helped me was super nice and helpful. All the staff that were there were very helpful and polite. Would definitely get glasses here in the future.

The doctor was excellent. Took time with me and answered all my questions. I was told however they would not give me my pi/pd. If i ordered glasses then they would, but it would cost an additional $50 even if i ordered glasses from them. That's silly. I've heard of $20 and have paid it in the past and didn't have to order glasses. Will buy my glasses somewhere else.

The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. They always have your best interest at heart and will make sure you leave with the best glasses that will make you feel amazing. Ceara made me feel she really cares, I will only go to this location for my glasses.

Had my eye exam here and that was ok but had to wait so long even though I had an apt. Had to call to get my prescription as I misplaced mine and I asked for it to be emailed, after waiting about 30 min I called back as nothing was sent and was told they will do it sat. But I needed it right away as I was getting glasses. I was told by the person on the phone that she gets yelled at by the boss if she asks her many questions, I said well it's my prescription and you can just tell me on the phone I knew some of it but not all, and she said ok I'll try and hung up. Like what!!! Worse service ever!! This is why I didn't get glasses at hakim!!!! Save the Hassel go somewhere else.

Bad customer service, long waiting duration even after booking an appointment and gave me wrong prescription then had to wait another week bcz doc only make visit on Tuesday. Never going back. Expensive for the service that i got. Plenty other places which are cheaper and have better service. Better search your options before coming here.

Amazing experience.The opticals options are very wide in range.And the makers are very informative and provide good knoweldge on how to keeping up with optical on regular basis.

Hailey was super helpful throughout the entire process! Went out of her way to make sure I got the best service and exact frames I wanted. Would get my glasses from here again, and again, and again!

My husband bought 2 pairs about 2 weeks ago. Within a week the pin came loose and one glass fell out. My husband put it back in and re-screwed it in. A week later the same thing happened and he lost the glass. He went today and they refused to replace the glass saying the guarantee only covered lens defect. After discussion and a long wait as they had to call the manager he was told to pay 40 cad to fix. He had to return to the store to pay as they do not accept payments over the phone. Now he has to return to pick them up. This is unacceptable as they put in a faulty screw. Poor customer service....for

Place is garbage. My girlfriend went there earlier today (04/22/23) for a scheduled eye appointment, they wanted her exact prescription from another place because the eye practitioner Amanjot Basi claimed she “didn’t want do it this week and that she had no time”.She then proceeded to charge her $110 for the appointment and told her to come back next week, where she would be charged a second time, for something that she didn’t get the first time.When my girlfriend was going to refuse to pay what she didn’t get, Amanjot Basi threaten to call Polo Park security on her.She paid but didn’t get what she was paying for, Amanjot Basi was lucky I wasn’t present as things would’ve resulted much differently.Would NOT recommend this Hakim location to anyone at all, I would give this place a zero if I could.
