I would give 10+ stars to Roadways if I could!! Kulwinder the owner is a fantastic mechanic, businessman and a genuinely caring human being!!Highly recommend using him for any auto repairs.Found myself stranded on the side of highway #1 on the hottest day of the year a couple weeks ago ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON 35+DEGREES OUT! towing a boat with my family and 3 little girls looking forward to camping and boating in the Okanagan.Completely stuck with a boat full of our boating gear and camping equipment and thought we were screwed as the wheel bearing on the trailer blew apart. We were very stressed to say the least. Called around and didn't think i would find anyone to help.Found Roadways and spoke with Kulwinder and he was busy and didn't have time for the job right away but when I told him my predicament he said tow it in and he would try.His shop was very busy but he pretty much dropped everything and did his best to get us back on the road.Trailer was a mechanical mess and he ran around in his own car to round up parts and had us back on the road same day within hours.He could have price-gouged given the situation and being Sunday but he was completely honest and totally fair...So glad I found him, will be using him for all my future mechanical repairs even though I'm over an hour away.Thanks again Kulwinder...take care, Andrew

Love this place! The owner, Kulvinder is very friendly and willing to help me always, even if he is very busy the day I go. I always feel so welcomed every time I go. Yesterday I went and there was many problems in my truck but he managed to make it run like it was brand new. The rates are fantastic! 100% would recommend this shop, best place in town!

This is a long one, but the short story is amazing service and a life saver.My family and I were in transition between the lower 48 states and Alaska in the middle of February (awful time to travel FYI). We started our trip on a Friday evening driving a 2007 Chevy Suburban LTZ pulling ~5,000lbs (not sure exact amount but it was mostly gym equipment and a pull out couch) and a 10’ UHaul truck towing a town and country on a tow dolly. As you can image our life on wheels. We managed to traverse ~400 miles, just crossing into Canada when the engine light in our Suburban came on. When we slowed to get gas the whole vehicle shuddered, and upon looking under the hood the engine was knocking. You can imagine how we felt being hundreds of miles from home in a foreign country with our life in tow. We arrived in Canada on Saturday evening after business hours, so we had to find a place open on a Sunday. This was the only place we could find, as such he was very busy but promised to look at it Monday morning and give us a diagnosis. Turned out there were multiple problems: bad valves, excessive carbon build up, a sheered off bolt, and more. The mechanic said he could fix it and have it ready by Wednesday but could not guarantee how long that would last or if there were other problems with the lower half of the engine. As such we opted to have a new engine installed since we still had 1,968 miles (3167km) to go. He promised us he could have it finished by Thursday and guaranteed a 3 year warranty and/or 85,000 miles. We were able to pick up the suburban Thursday late afternoon, so we began our journey again on Friday (a week after we left our home). We were able to make it to our destination in Alaska without any issues. The engine ran perfect, it held up to the elements and had no issues getting the trailer up and down the passes. This trip took us through hell and the new engine didn’t seem to care. It performed perfectly and was able to get us and our belongings to our destination. We even had to camp a couple of nights in it with the engine running through the night to keep us warm.This was the perfect place to have brought my vehicle and should we ever be in the area again I will be sure to stop by and say “Thank you.”Thank you, for being open on a Sunday, for speedy service, and for doing such a great job.

Worst customer service ever! I booked an appointment for this morning to get my snow tires on. This appointment was made last week . I was told to drop my car off between 0830 and 0900 and that someone is always at the shop at 0830 to open up by 0900. I showed up at 0845 (no one was around , no lights or doors were on/open). I waited until 0925 for no one to be around and no one to show up . It was a huge waste of time!!! We even tried to call multiple times throughout with absolute no response . Worst place to go. I would never recommend their unprofessionaism.

The owner was very knowledgeable, professional and worked hard for me when I broke down in Abbotsford trying to get home to the Okanagan. I called because they were the only shop in the area open on Sunday, and he sourced parts, even some used ones, worked late and got me safely on the road within a day or two for a very reasonable price considering all the work he did for me!

Amazing service for a fair price, FAST and did a great job. We had a new battery put in elsewhere and hit the road for a trip, but something was definitely wrong. We called Roadways, they looked at our car right away and got our alternator fixed on a Sunday afternoon when no other shops were open. They went above and beyond! We made it on to the ferry that night. Thank you!!

So helpful, couldn't do enough for us, we're from out if town and gave us everything we needed. They were even willing to keep the garage open for us after closing as we had an emergency.

Took my Honda according there today because I was concerned about a leak. I also recently put oil in it and overfilled it, I was concerned this would cause damage. I asked the guy there to just do an oil change or lower the oil level. When I got my car back, he told me what the cause of the leak was, and how much it would cost to fix it. Although when I got home and checked the oil, it was at the exact same spot. He charged me $65 and I don't even think he touched the oil.

I've always been treated with respect and I believe I'm getting a great value for the repairs being done. I've gone there with my vehicle twice in the last 6 months for completely unrelated fixes and both times I've appreciated the work put into my car. The last time I went I desperately needed brakes to be done and he asked if I like him to do them without being too pushy or anything, leaving it to me to the side while keeping me fully informed. I've never felt pressured and I highly recommend this place.

We have replaced our tires with Roadways and gotten regular vehicle maintenance. Great service and reasonably priced!
