UPS couldn't deliver to my apartment, so after a few days they left the package here for pickup. Staff was polite and professional.

The rudest service I have ever received. Do not use this business! The store owner refused to help me locate a package and proceeded to yell on the phone. This owner puts UPS in a very bad light.

I've been a customer for 2 years, the service is excellent. The franchise seems to be a one man operation but I've seen help occasionally. Good prices and above average service. Not sure why all the negative.

I do a lot of shipping for business and personal, this store is unprofessional, unfriendly, not helpful and when told by UPS (via phone) that printing a shipping label was free and no problem, he denied that and tried to charge over $5 for printing a label and then was angry that we didn’t want to. Terrible service, cheap (nickel and dimming) and offensive. Left without utilizing service.

I have been using this particular UPS location for over 13 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the owner, Eddie. He has run this place 6 days a week basically by himself for the past decade. He is knowledgeable and helpful but he works at his own pace. He has a great sense of humor. Selected this location as a UPS pick up point as my delivery required a signature and I wouldn’t be home to sign for it. The UPS store rejected my delivery! The whole point is using a secondary access point to pick up items that require signatures. I even went into this location and was provided with zero customer service. Just a dude focused on his lunch. Do not use this location.

What a terrible experience. Awful customer service. Rude employees when. answering simple questions. The delivery service says they tried to deliver my package twice at my condo, which is a lie since there is no record of it on the electronic doorbell and I was home all day. It's quite sad, but it is no surprise that UPS is failing as a business... Please train your people!

Wish I could give zero stars. Customer service is non existent. Owner is rude beyond belief. Constantly interrupted me and would not let me finish a sentence. Store is messy and dark. I came in to check for a package that required a signature and was pointed to a pile of packages on the floor. Do not use this UPS access site. Awful!

Would love to give it a big fat ZERO. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect over the phone when trying to track a UPS delivery. UPS sent my package to this store instead of to my home and when he received it, he rejected it because it was too heavy. Twice he hung up on me when trying to find out what was going on. “UPS gave you bad information” were his last words on my second telephone call. This man should not be in business with UPS. Avoid this place if you can!!!

After reading all the negative reviews I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go here. I decided to drop off here because of convenience and the woman behind the counter was a nice as can be. Great experience.
