Bloomex Ottawa Flowers & Gift Baskets

Very disappointing experience with my first time using Bloomex and it will be my last. Third party, contact free delivery using Fed Ex was a disaster. Not delivered on day requested, no contact means if there is a problem, flowers are dumped in the warehouse in the middle of nowhere and no live person to talk with at fed ex. Flowers were not what I ordered and half dead by the time I was able to get to the warehouse and pick them up. Good prices and flashy photos draw you in...beware! Cheaper not always better! No refund only a credit or resending of another bouquet. Neither of which was acceptable to me as I do not plan to use them again nor want to inconvenience my family waiting for a delivery and the birthday is now long passed.

We ordered the Peaceful White Lilies for a funeral. They arrived on time and we are very happy with the delivery. The lilies have not started blooming yet, but hopefully they will in time. We will order with Bloomex again.

I was supposed to receive flowers from Bloomex for a special occasion, but the third-party delivery company delivered them to the wrong address. Instead of making it right, Bloomex suggested that the delivery company go to the other address two days later and ask for the flowers back in order to give them to me. On a good day, this is unprofessional and absurd. In the context of the COVID19 pandemic, it is reckless and inappropriate.Upon insistance, Bloomex agreed to finally make things right and send fresh flowers now three days after the original delivery date with a different delivery company. They never came. The original delivery service did in the end retrieve the original flowers from the wrong address and give them to me - totally wilted and destroyed. Bloomex flat out refused to give a refund since they never delivered on their end.EDIT: The replacement" flowers were delivered on June 21

Would give 0 star if I could! Got my flowers 1 week late and the 100$ bouquet my mother got me for my 40th looks like this... So if you want to surprise someone in a good way, avoid those guys at all costs! (oh yeah, and I contacted them before that to see where my flowers were, and they could not give me a straight answer).

I ordered graduation flowers to my friend’s house in Ottawa from BC, and I am so pleased! They arrived exactly when they said they would, and all of the flowers were perfect; no wilting or drooping. I chose a bouquet that came with a Mason Jar, and I love how it looks! I took a little long at checkout to enter my info, and ended up getting a coupon texted to me, which was cool. Would recommend Bloomex to anyone sending flowers for a loved one from afar, or just looking for a good delivery-included florist.Thank you Bloomex Ottawa for the pretty flowers!

Easy to order and lots of choices. Always have used Bloomex for all my special occasions flower deliveries.Con: They do not respond to customer service email. It’s been a week.

Let me start by saying If I could rate this company and overall experience 0 stars, I would. Dealing with this company and their blatant lies has been nothing but disappointing. I recently purchased a birthday bundle of flowers to be delivered the same day at my mothers place of employment. I was assured by an employee on the phone that the delivery could be completed same day with no issue. Imagine my surprise when the company Bloomex did not uphold their obligation and no flowers were delivered to my mother on her birthday after being specifically told it was no problem. The company then indicated that they would deliver it the next day (not her birthday) with an upgrade and would reimburse the same day delivery amount. Can you believe that they then called me the second day and told me they would still not be able to make the delivery. They are now requesting they make the delivery two days late for the same cost to me with no reimbursement. I am disgusted with the attitude of this company and their non existent level of customer service. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.Update: The below comment from customer support is laughable. They have offered nothing in the form of an acceptable resolution, Store credit or a delivery 4 days late is the only given options while they continue to hold my money without the service completed. Bloomex customer phone support hung up when I asked if a manager was available to speak. The phone support has a very aggressive phone decorum when dealing with an agitated, but paying customer…. Disappointed is not enough to describe my experience.
