I guess you couldn't source any fresh seasonal vegetables right? You had to serve a 50 dollar steak with frozen vegetables from a bag? And then charge me extra for truffle butter and this is how much you put in to the container?Steak was seriously underseasoned. And to make matters worse the meal was followed by a rush to the bathroom. The worst experience from earls so far.Earls has really gone down hill lately....

I recently visited an Earl's Restaurant franchise and I have to say, I was impressed with the overall dining experience. The restaurant had a trendy and upscale vibe.The service was friendly and attentive, with our server offering great recommendations for both food and drinks. The drinks menu was also impressive, with a range of creative cocktails and a solid selection of beer and wine.Overall, I had a great experience at this Earl's Restaurant franchise and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a trendy and upscale dining experience with great food and service.

We had dinner at this location. The food was decent. We had blackened Cajun chicken, wings, and chipotle calamari. Good cocktails. The calamari was slightly over fried and very oily. Except that, our overall experience was good.

2023 Review:Reservations are needed for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Those days are busy and extremely loud. Food is delicious and made correctly but the wait time is longer. Other days are faster, more comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Staff is always friendly and attentive. The Margaritas are the bomb!Establishment is clean, chairs wiped down, carpets are in excellent shape and kept clean of greasy food spots. Bathrooms 8/10. We have had no issues with management or staff this year out of the 4 times for dinner. I highly recommend this location as it has improved.2022 Review:Servers friendly, Food Hot. Prices are around $25 and up. Restaurant clean, bathrooms clean. However, my steak was not cooked correctly 3 separate times and informed the manager each time and the managers did nothing. Now I only order the chicken which can not be cooked incorrectly. My husband likes a few dishes, hence we still go here....just not as often as we used to. I am still not happy being disrespected and disappointed with the managers treatment. Only 3 stars...☹

The atmosphere was what it was supposed to be, nice pub after hour vibe with a diverse music playlist. The atmosphere was a bit loud for me to have conversations between friends though. The service was alright. The initial prep was good and everything was brought to our table. However, throughout the night it was hard to get our waters refilled and when we asked from napkins and other things. It was understandable since it was getting busy the later it got. The food was not bad, I had a taste of everything and nothing was amazingly good or really bad. Most surprised was my rib eye steak since they got the right temperature I wanted and the flavour was good. Could've used a tad bit more seasoning on the steak and quite a bit more on the lobster tail. Maybe the seasoning went on the shell instead. And maybe the waitress thought I was Australian, because my lobster tail came upside down (internet meme joke).

Ok we had the best dinner ever at Earls Langley tonight! The hostess put us in a quieter spot so we could work and eat. We had 3 courses and loved them all. Our server Tessa was also the best. She gave us all the attention we needed but didn’t bother us over a slow and enjoyable dining experience. Our water and drinks were always refilled before they ran out and may I say the food was fantastic. We will be back. Thank you Earls for a special night.

Was in a few weeks ago with some buddies and had an amazing time. We started at the bar where Madison was looking after us. She did an amazing job. Despite being extremely busy she was right there with a smile on her face making sure everything was great. She was very attentive and excellent. When the rest of our party arrived we moved to a table where we were served by Hailee. At times me and my friends can be a little high maintenance, but we couldn't have been in better hands. The entire evening went by seamlessly and we have her to thank for that.Thanks to the two of them for a great night!

We loved it. We loved the MCM/Art Deco design of the interior, our steaks and the pasta were absolutely great but the SIDES…. Amazing. My wife’s steak came with a side of corn hash and some mashed potatoes with crispy onions and those two sides absolutely stole the show. Great service, too. They’re very attentive. We will 100% return.
