I had an implant installed with dr Somera. He was very careful, explained everything in details about the procedure and answered all my questions. No issues during all the phases. The secretary and the assistant were very friendly.

YES!!! This is the most honest, warm welcoming group of professional dentist and staff I ever met. I sincerely love this place and will always be my future dental Clinique.

PLEASE READ THIS before visiting Westminster Dentistry.Today on my way home from my office I stopped at the Westminster dentistry clinic with the intention of speaking to a supervisor concerning some negative experiences and situations that myself, my family, and another members of our community have suffered as a result of their practice.Upon arriving at the office I was greeted by a receptionist named Anna. I introduced myself as an existing client and politely asked if I could speak with someone in charge. My initial hope was to find some sort of resolution to these ongoing issues and provide management with the necessary feedback in order to ensure that each member of their team is held to a high standard of dentistry and customer service/care. Immediately after hearing what my intention was, Anna instantly and clearly became agitated and confrontational stating, We do not have management or supervisors at this dentist clinic and I would have to take up my issues with herself at reception". Considering that the issue that I was facing was an issue with reception. I did not feel comfortable anymore to further discuss my situation with Anna

I would put 1 star if I could. I had the absolute worst experience ever at Centre Dentaire Westminster. I had a filling done by Dre Leslie Laloum and I was in a lot a pain for weeks after, I had to come back two times for her to do adjustments, but my teeth was still hurting a lot. Dre Leslie Laloum then decided to re-do the filling a second time. A week after the pain was even worst. I came back for an appointment with another doctor and the manager of the clinic. They did a X-ray and said that Dre Leslie Laloum made a mistake and they would have to redo the filling A THIRD TIME! The managed refused to give me any refund or compensation for the weeks I was in pain because of the doctor's error (from August to January) and for the many days of work I had to miss for the many appointments (FOR ONE FILLING!).I also had issue with the receptionist that was extremely rude and arrogant, I asked for her to send me my file many times on the phone and she never did. I had to show up to the clinic and wait for her to send it to me before I left, she was giving me looks and rolling her eyes at me the whole time.Overall it was a very bad experience and I would absolutely not recommend Centre Dentaire Westminster. I now have a new dentist at another clinic where they nicely offered to review my file and X-rays from Centre Dentaire Westminster and were very surprised that they did such bad job. They said that I could sue them for malpractice....

Dr. J was very kind and understanding, and the whole staff were friendly and welcoming. I needed a lot of work, and none of it was painful.

We had an emergency with our special needs daughter and we were truly impressed with the whole experience. We were in a difficult situation, but the staff went out of their way to help in any way possible. Big, heartfelt THANKS!

This is a new clinic with state-of-the-art equipment. Staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Somera is a true professional. He is clearly at the top of his art and is able to explain matters clearly and in a reassuring manner.

They are the best. The whole staff goes out of their way by miles to accommodate you I will never go anywhere else . Dr Samara and all the staff are amazing , everyone should be going to them

Had a consultation with Dr. Elise Boileau-Mantha because of excruciating tooth pain. She was very empathetic, professional and put me at ease. (I have alot of anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist). I had the tooth extracted the following day by Dr. Julian Somera, he also was amazing, explained step by step what he was doing. Very nice, calming manner. I will be seeing Dr. Elise as my regular dentist from now on. The clinic is state of the art!! The receptionists and dental hygienists were also great!!!!! I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!
