Incredibly disinterested and rude staff. You almost have to beg to be served and it feels like they don't want you to interupt their busy day looking at their computer screens. Best avoided.

Northern Woods - Oak flooring lifting all over the 1,750 square ft. Inspection occurred (twice due to staffing issues) and they deemed it an installer error without even inspecting the product I have in a box. It took almost 2 weeks to find my invoice and I received terribly slow service.

No return on unopened mortar or grout. Prices are not comparable. Will not shop there again. Customer service lacked.

Centura is a flooring wholesaler and a great place to pick out tiles in their large showroom with the help of their very helpful staff. While they will not directly sell you tile they will refer you to a local retailer.Centura also stocks a large inventory of tiling supplies and tools and are a supplier of the full line of Schluter products ie. Kerdi Board, Ditra and Ditra Heat, Kerdi Membrane as well as shower trays. Everything you will need for your custom shower install.Staff on the service desk are extremely helpful.
