Lloydminster Karate-Do
I trained at this dojo for over a decade, and it was one of the most impactful experiences of my childhood and teenage years. Karate will help you with fitness, discipline, respect, and self confidence. You will also learn a good amount of Japanese. I highly recommend training here for any age. I still do the stretching routine I learned as a child.
