International Pool and Spa Ajax

What can I say. Never have I seen a store run so poorly. Sending employee's out side to ask what you need and they have zero clue of the part you need, and than walk away from you, not giving any answer.But letting the folks go in the store through the side and pay for their chemicals. That is defeating the purpose of what you are trying to do.Clueless!!!How hard is it to say yes or no we carry or don't carry Hayward plumbing parts.Don't send people outside if they have no clue. Not sharp at all.Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I called about a replacement pool filter cartridge, and the teen employee told me they had what I was looking for and to come to the store. After driving 60 Kilometers to get there they had nothing even close to what I needed. Do yourself a favor before going- talk to an employee who knows about pools!

International Pool and Spa Pickering is a delightful place to shop. The staff are well educated and take the time to go through product choices with you. Their water testing is always free and they never force you into purchasing large amounts of chemicals. I always look forward to my weekly visit for a water test and a chlorine fill.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with international pool and spa. All the employees at this location are amazing. However, they have an employee that stands out named Malek at this location. He’s very intelligent and gives amazing advice. We feel as if he treats every customer like family. He will not let you leave the store until you are completely satisfied. We will definitely be going to this location more often because of customer service like malek and the other employees have shown toward our business. Keep it up!

This new Ajax store is very spacious with a wide variety of supplies for pools and spas. The sales rep James is very knowlegeable, friendly and ready to assist. The prices are affordable and they actually price match their competitors. I would definitely recommend!

Rob the manager is always accommodating and he and his staff were no different today. Always a great deal happy smile and a friendly guy, and prices are always competitive to say the least!

Great new location in Durham. Showroom is spaced out well. Staff are friendly. Prices are not as competitive as their competitors. Hopefully they do something with the Oshawa location which resembles a junk yard.

The excellent knowledge and service I received with any questions or concerns about my pool operation were always on mark and appreciated. When the new store site opened in Ajax, I transferred my business over this past summer. New store is spacious and well designed, and the excellent customer service continued.Last week I purchased a Coast hot tub through a private sale. I went in to get the spa water tested and received excellent advice, lessons, tips and ideas on my hot tub (Coast is carried by IPAS) from Daryl. I am really impressed by the customer service and the time Daryl took with me to answer my many questions about operating the hot tub.I will continue to be a regular customer for my pool needs, and now also for my hot tub needs because of the outstanding customer service from people like Rob and Daryl.Regards,David Condon

I didn't go inside since they were closed but visited a business next door. This space used to be a convention center. It's now International pool and spa center. The outside is clean and well maintained. It's a very large space for them, they have the whole building.
