Very happy with our service from Razor. We needed to replace our Central AC and Jeff came to do an estimate and was very thorough on explaining and asking questions. Dustin and his team did the install and was very professional, clean and did a great job! Will definitely use their services in the future.

Moved in to our new house without central air last winter, but when those 31 degree days came, they hurt bad. Razor had a quote guy over the next morning after we called and gave a great quote while explaining the options simply, so I could understand and choose what fit our family best. Install day was a few days later and they did an incredible job. Our dog Banjo was also bathed in love and attention from the installers and he had a great time too. Fun for the whole family. They did not leave a mess and cleaned up after themselves, and better yet, our home is the perfect temperature all day long now. Very smooth experience. Very reasonable pricing. 10/10.

We were having problems with the hot water temp in the house. Called in to book a service call, answered some questions about the issue, and set up a time and date. Really quick and efficient. The techs came out, were early and friendly, ran their tests, troubleshooting additional causes, and in the end diagnosed that everything was running as it should. They explained what could have caused it and what to monitor going forward and also did some preventative fixes as they did their testing. I’ve always trusted them, always will, and highly recommend them to anyone. You expect to pay accordingly for this type of work, Razor has always been fair and professional. Thanks guys.

Wow. I am impressed with the quality of install of our tankless water heater. When you have an emergency call Razor. They made a complicated decision easy to what fit our family’s lifestyle for hot water needs and efficiency to save future money. Jeff and Dustin are very knowledgeable and professional. We were having troubles with our a/c freezing up on us and they were able to retro fit the filter and help increase the air flow through out our two story home. They showed up on time and did the work in a timely manner and explained things to me in a way I was able to understand what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it for us. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was all done. I would definitely recommend them and would use their services again.

Jason and Kyle were fantastic I am very impressed with their professionalism, they are very knowledgeable, polite, and respectful before,during, and after the installation of my water heater. They go above and beyond, this time Kyle took a moment to clean my filter on my air conditioner. This is the second time I have used Razor Heating &A/C I am just as pleased when they installed my furnace a couple years ago. They are a very compassionate company who puts your needs and comfort in top priority. Their prices are very reasonable, and they do their best to accommodate your installation, I was originally booked for Monday June 12th and I asked if they could come sooner they were busy but were able to come on the 7th. I highly recommend this company for all your Heating, air conditioning and water heater needs. You will not be disappointed!
