I have tried 100's of chicken shawarmas. And this was very authentic and definitely the best tasting. The sauces were great, and even the presentation was on point.I got the bites box with spicy garlic, and it was perfect.Which I lived local, but it was great while it lasted

Discovered this place from YouTube. Food was really delicious and I liked that they had tablets that you could order and pay from so I could take my time deciding what to get.The ambience was great, but the only negative was that some of the tables were dirty i.e. hadn’t been wiped down after the last person that sat there left it messy.Overall, we had a great experience and loved that the food was so fresh. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect!!! I was there at their grand opening yesterday and there are too many plus points to mention :Atmosphere: it was busy non stop! They have amazing parking and space to accommodate the rush as well as amazing seating space inside. They of course had the appearance from the Shawarma man himself and he’s just such a solid dude. Meeting ALL the customers , checking in , taking photos .Food: was AMAZING! I live in Milton Ontario and I promise you I would drive to have shawarma from these guys .I ordered:Shawarma poutine ( my wife loved this)Shelby’s shawarma wrap 10/10Halloumi bacon wrap 9/10Churros 10/10Chicken bowl 10/10And of course we didn’t forget the bebsi ;)Staff / service : one of the most friendly and accommodating staff I have ever met! They were working NON STOP and served everyone with a smile ! Absolutely no hiccups and honestly it goes a long way! The shawarma man was there for one day but I would go back for the food and the rest of the staff as well! Everything was made right infront of us customers and you could see the care that went into it :)

They do their wrap bread which was great. Chicken was good but bed was so chewy and platters are not good size:( there was high expectation so it was very ordinary for middle eastern way. TikTok succeeded:(

One of the best shawarma places I have been to. The Shelby wrap is sensational bursting with flavours. The biryani shawarma plate is a unique one I have never tried anything like it. Shelbys truly stands out among shawarma establishments. The combination of incredible flavors, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere creates a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re a shawarma enthusiast or simply looking for a fantastic meal, I highly recommend visiting Shelbys. You won’t be disappointed!

If you wanna try one of the best Shawarma in the GTA, look no further than the Shelby's Shawarma. I usually go to the Etobicoke branch as that one is closed to my house but just to test the quality of Shawarma in another branch, I had to go to Oakville and find out whether it better or bad. I would say there was not much difference in the taste but yes the service here was far more better than Etobicoke. They have a nice seating arrangements whereas Etobicoke has really limited seating. We went there as a group so tried their Legendary chicken, mix, beef wrap, chicken poutine and legendary chicken bowl. Every single of these items were just WOW, Except the pouting as taste wise it was the best but it was lacking chicken. Food is fresh, tasty, meat is flavourful, and portions are decent. The owner is friendly. Highly recommend this place

It’s worthy of the 4.5 / 5 - had a great meal - BUT - it was busy with 20 ppl at 10pm on a Sunday. The wait was 15-20 mins and was a bit dirty. My food was great though. Just a for warning - it’s a semi fast style take out with a lot of ingredient LD ready and some made from scratch like the Saj pita and Proteins.What was great - spicy garlic - wowTouchscreen pay kiosks OR the counter person. For $20 and double meat it was a great meal with flavour.It’s a college area, so a lot of younger people. But I’d go back again and look forward to it. I’d plan better to order right away and have something to do while I wait.

Absolutely loved the food. This was my second time and will be returning again. We got Shelby's and traditional shawarmas with the bowl. Everything tastes great and the variety of options makes me want to go back to try different stuff. The ordering system is also great with 3 tablets on the side.Owner of the location Mr. Afzal came by when i was there and we had a pleasant conversation and dont worry, told him to maintain the quality for all of us :P
