I've installed new windows in my two houses I got two quotes. The gentleman who did the quote was courteous professional and on time just like the workers that came to install my windows I would recommend this company anytime Garry Union Ontario

Windows were good quality, which the company has no control of another manufacturers product anyway. Installers were great. Service and pricing need work. I made the mistake of going cheapest quote (my bad). Windows were quoted installed within 14-16 weeks almost 21 weeks later and some sob story about Covid and product availability. No discount offered due to inconvenience either. Invoiced mid month and told 2% fee added every month if balance not paid. 2 weeks to pay before end of the month. (Not a big deal for me, but maybe for others) Disappointed for sure. Buyer beware, don't make my mistake, save the money up and get a better experience.

I had a couple of quotes, but ended up going with Kielstra. They came in a little lower and were also by far the most timely, polite and courteous. They had my quote back within a reasonable time where I figured other places had forgotten about me.Install was booked well under the estamated time (with Covid their orders are taking longer to come in).The crew was friendly, polite, courteous and clean. When they left there was not even a hint they had been here.The day after install it noticed a manufacturers defect in one of my windows and called Kistra. The lady informed me it would have to be dealt with through the supplier. She proceeded to do all the work necessary and call i had to do as wait for a call.Great experience dealing with this company and i will for sure be doing business with them again.

I used Kielstra in 2014 for a siding repair and was happy at that time so called again when some siding was damaged in a recent wind storm. I called twice and spoke to a women who said that a technician would contact me. After waiting two days I still had no call back and was concerned about further damage so I contacted another company who came out and gave me a quote the same day. I know companies get busy but that is no excuse for not calling back, I lost two days waiting at the risk of more damage.
