I've had my UrbanAge home for 4 years and I love it! The building process was simple and easy and the staff was always available to answer my questions and concerns. They even addressed a minor repair and had it fixed in less than 24 hours of me reporting it, on a weekend no less. I'm so happy with my house, it looks and performs as good as it did the day I moved in and I cant recommend these guys enough, 5 stars!!

We purchased an UrbanAge home as our first home and couldn't be happier. It is a unique, and beautiful design, and is a great liveable space for us. Whenever we have a question about anything, Brett is quick to provide and answer or any support that we need.

Amazing experience with the entire crew. They worked with us closely on the small additions we requested during the build process and let my wife's dreams become reality. The build was smooth, on time, and we had constant status updates from Jordan.We lived in our house for 3 years and could not have been happier. We orginally purchased a duplex through UrbanAge and loved it! Absolutely amazing. We were given the opportunity to purchase a single family home by them and were hesitant at first because we loved our home(always wanted a single family, if we could have our duplex as a single family that would have been dream) we took a walk through the basic construction phase and fell in love with the house immediately! Construction phase took about 2 weeks longer than expected (can only blame Mother Nature for that one). Since moving in the layout the quality the overall attention to detail is amazing. If so some reason (once children move out) we need another home we will only be looking at UrbanAge for a new construction absolutely love their work, hands down better than other home owners we have used or heard of in the past!

We hired UrbanAge to build our infill home in 2018 and were very impressed with their attentiveness and communication. I hired Urban Age to finish my basement. They did an AMAZING job. They finished ahead of schedule and the communication was great. They had excellent trades people and we are so happy with how it all turned out.

We built an infill with Urban Age Homes in 2018, they were professional and easy to deal with from day one! 5yrs later they still are a phone call away to help with any concerns or questions..
