Lambs Window Cleaning

I received amazing service from Lamb's yesterday. From the moment Aaron took my call on the first ring and fit me into his schedule according to my needs, I had a good feeling about this company. Aaron stayed in touch - re-scheduling due to rain, then when the crew was a bit behind due to the backlog of jobs catching up after rain. Both crew members were professional, personable, knowledgeable and experienced. They worked incredibly fast and were more picky about the results than me! I was so impressed, I wanted to write this, my first Google Plus review.

Have been a returning customer for 3 years. We are a big job and previously had felt like we were important to them.This year we were assured by Wendy in late September that for sure they would fit us in and we scheduled the earliest appointment they could accommodate us on. I called this morning (Nov 1) and confirmed the crew arrival time with Aaron for today. We rearranged lots of our furniture and prepared for their arrival. We have employed Lamb's Window Cleaning for snow removal at my mother's house for several years now. My siblings and I live out of town, so it is important to us to receive good service and Lamb's has provided that good service. Additionally Aaron Lamb, the owner, has gone out of his way to assist my mother with other non-snow removal issues at no cost to us...he is a great person and operates a great business!

Aaron states they were coming often. They did not clear my driveway or my sidewalk properly. Extremely poor job. I did not allow him to cash the Feb cheque he promised it would be done so I paid it...they never came. Now he is upset that I didn't allow him to cash March. He was the fees because he states his guys did a great job. He states I'm, simply because I stated it ws done badly and I am disappointed. Nothing but issues since I called them in January. Seems like a few people have the same issues with them this year. He states it's a contract and I have to pay. However he refuses to keep up his end of the contract. Lots of excuses.

DO NOT USE THEIR SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES!!!What a horrible experience to be under contract with this company. You need to be home every time they come for snow removal or they'll just do your front entrance and call it a day. They'll come by and look at your property see how much snow is on your property and insist that they'll be back with a snowblower and not show up. I ended up doing most of the snow removal myself. This service was suppose to help with my busy lifestyle but has made it even harder by not saving me time.Contacting the owner/manager that falsely promises the job will be done gets annoying. Why not show up with your staff to make sure the job is met to the customers satisfaction. Especially when they reached out to that the job was not completed, several times.Horrible experience!DO NOT USE THEIR SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES!!!

The guys showed up and went right to work. Super polite, professional and did such a meticulous good job. Will definitely be using Lambs again!

Lawn Care Prices are very good. The services they offer are amazing. They are a one stop shop. Lambs is very good with the Seniors and Veterans. Thank You for helping my elderly parents.
