The staff were friendly and went out of their way to try and help me save on my car insurance. Excellent service![Update] 5 years later I came back to Johnston Meir to update my auto insurance policy (I had gone to a different broker for a fear years because I moved). The service was fantastic and the staff were polite and welcoming.

Always very helpful, cheery and friendly service received when I deal with the agents. I've gone to a couple in the area and this one for some odd reason appears to be cheaper by about $5-10 for me at the end of the day. They are bilingual here as well which I think is great they can cater to more people in need of service who don't have English as their first language. They are pretty fast at assisting as well and if they believe they are going to take longer with a client they will inform you so you know how long you will be waiting.

i have multiple commercial vehicles insured through this branch and all the families cars plus my motorcycle and trailer. Been using for 10 years plus, I have had zero complaints ! Very accommodating if english is not your first language. My agent is a women named Bev who i would highly recommend.

Went in this place to do business and it was bloody awful. English or French are the official languages of Canada. NOT CHINESE!! I sat and waited to be served while having to listen to the Chinese employees all try to out yell each other in Chinese with customers!! This is Canada and not some Shanghai ghetto! Learn English and speak English while doing business in CANADA! I would not recommend to go here unless you enjoy Chinese being yelled at the top of the lungs!

Do not use this insurance company!!! Unless you want headaches down the road.My story is too convoluted to explain briefly but take my word just don't use them and if you do use them don't trust them to tell you everything you need to know.If I could give a negative Stars I would.
