Sweep Mobile Detailing

We ordered a mobile clean and almost 600 later we had a car that still wasn’t clean because they ran out of water and numerous things that still were not cleaned. The young man, who hole pleasant wasn’t adept at his job and when cleaning turned on the light causing our battery to die. We required a boost and the company was good enough to refund that. They sent out someone to try to fix up the issues, but they only allowed a brief time for that so at no time was out entires car actually clean and the engine never even got done. Just wanted the interior detailed. With a dog and a toddler and some mysterious crud on one of the seats I knew I wouldn't be able to do it myself. Booking was easy, they came to me, finished quicker than I thought and the car looked brand new. Well worth it.

I called to inquire about prices and what is included in each package. The answer I got was vacuum and detailing, when I asked for an example of what they mean by detailing all I got was they spend hours on it. When I asked for clarification on what kind of things they would be doing for hours, I got hung up on. If you have any questions relating to the services they provide they seem to have problems with it.Edit: To address the below comment. I did not scream or swear at anyone I told them at the beginning of the call I was on my handsfree Bluetooth. As for swearing I didn’t at all, I asked for a more detailed explanation of what services were provided beside vacuuming, which is easily done for much cheaper on my own at a gas station. Which was when I was hung up on.

Benjamin and Joshua were very professional and informative. They explained in detail all that they were doing to complete the job I'd requested. Very hard working, respectful, and customer focused. They were great to work with and they did an exceptional job on my car. I am very satisfied!

I received a full interior clean from Ben at Sweep Detail. My 10 year old car hasn't looked this clean since I bought it! Very professional and very detail oriented. Having a toddler in the car can be very messy and Ben managed to get even the toughest stains out! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to feel like they're driving a new vehicle again!

I drive an old car that requires regular cheap maintenance. Besides a regular vacuum, interior cleaning, Sweep noticed my headlights were glossed over and offered to buff them out for me so that they worked better. The difference was night and day! Very professional and convenient.

Sweep did an awesome job detailing my car! It’s clean and shiny and he got the paintball stains off my rear seats.He came to my apartment and did the detailing close to home which was convenient. When I had to run out for a work emergency he finished the job with no fuss and returned my car to my parking spot in excellent condition.Very easy to get in touch with and great to work with. Absolutely terrible experience - avoid at all costs. I paid $240 to get my interior detailed, which is way over-priced compared to others in the area. The guy who came by was not a professional. They damaged my car by getting liquid behind my heating controls, and I had to open an insurance claim. The owner refused to refund me for the headache caused, and had terrible communication. There are much better detailing companies in the area that will not ruin your car.

If your looking for an old fashion friendly service experience with an excellent show room clean, look no further.My wife and I have been looking for a deep car cleaning service for sometime. To our surprise and delight we found such a company and were very excited to learn we didn't have to leave our home. Yes, that's right, a mobile car cleaning service that will go to your home or office.From the start my experience was incredibly easy, I booked online and within minutes I received a call from Benjamin, the owner of the company. He called just to touch base.On the day of cleaning I received a text from Benjamin stating he was on his way and going to Tim Hortons, he wanted to know if he could get me anything. I'm not sure about the rest of my online friends but that kind of old fashion customer service has long been forgotten.He arrived (on time) and took a few mins to explain the cleaning process and invited me to drop in on him once in awhile. Over the next 4 hrs I took him up on his offer. Each time Benjamin would take a few minutes to explain what he was doing and answer any questions I had.Once the car was cleaned I was invited to do a final inspection. I was completely blown away. Everything was spotless and shinning.
