Great customer service

Q + Q estimator arrived on an entirely different day than was scheduled and we had to leave the office to meet him. He became visibly irritated when we inquired about a couple items much higher than a competing quote. For all we knew the product/install would have been better. In the end we went with a different contractor.

Knowledgeable staff, got everything I needed for my project at a decent price.

Stopped in to get some parts to fix a gate, service was good but prices were a bit higher then I expected.

Purchased a dog kennel from this company. They constructed it in only two days. They delivered it on time. Brought it in the back yard to where I wanted it. Charged me a very small fee to bring it from Red Deer to Innisfail (which was a fraction of the cost Sims wanted to charge for delivering a small couch). Everyone was very polite and helpful on the phone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with fencing needs.

Mr. Veenstra has been dealing with Don the manager of Q&Q Fencing for over 35 years.We here at Autobody services have continued to use Q&Q Fencing even after the passing of Mr. Veenstra. The staff at Q&Q fencing are knowledgeable, they are fast, efficient, and Professional,they always go the extra mile to ensure lot lines are correct, and the fences, are solid and secure! They will come out on warranty work as quickly as if they were installing a new fence, which very seldom happens due to their excellent install people. The quality of the product is top shelf, Anita in the office is always there to discuss the Invoice if needed and to assist with any questions and appointments. With, that being said Q&Q pricing after getting quotes from other companies is in line with any other companies pricing , I believe that their service and that the quality of their work is unsurpassed by any other company.
